We dedicated our lives serving the public as first responders and pride ourselves treating people with respect unlike John the extremely unprofessional dock master. We have been repeatedly screamed at , belittled , and disrespected while simply attempting to obtain a dock . I will turn around and go home before I even go close to B dock in the future . Had a terrible experience at B Dock today. Pulled in this afternoon (Sunday, October) with hardly any boats around, thinking it would be fine since it’s off-season. The guy running the dock came running out screaming before we could even know what the issue was. We kindly apologized for not calling in, but that just led to him having a complete meltdown over a simple mistake. I have never witnessed such a thing. He was belligerent and disrespectful. Totally uncalled for. I would avoid B dock...

A simple mistake escaladed into a situation that took three combat veterans full resolve to calm down the managers unresponsive screaming for an event at the dock. A simple quick conversation would of resolved the issue. The dock manager is belligerent to customers. A new dock (master) is truly needed. I hope this message finds new...
