Not to our expectations compared to the other Lee's Sandwich shops we went to. This Rancho Cucamonga location lacks an online ordering system. Plus, they do not carry any kind of desserts or pastries. It's literally just coffee and limited sandwiches. That's it. There are no other appetizers, snacks, and other little snacks compared to the other locations.
On top of that, our order were missing ingredients. One of my sandwiches did not have any cheese in it and I clearly stated I want Provolone cheese. The other sandwich ordered was charged incorrectly. Because they carry a limited amount of sandwiches, I opted for a similar sandwich, the cheaper version. When I got home and looked things over on the receipt (I should've done this while I was still there), I realized they charged me extra for the premium sandwich pricing. And it was missing mustard and mayo pack. I mean, the order wasn't completely wrong...but just little ingredients here and there that end up missing which can really throw off the taste of the sandwich. And of course, the pricing goof. I mean, I can easily afford it, but it's the principal behind it. You know?
I gave three stars for this Lee's location, and that's generous on my part. I could've given 1-star, but their universal baguette bread is super tasty and their iced coffee is one of the best. It's just the workers need to pay more attention in pushing the correct order out. Quality control needs improving. A little more TLC in improving customer orders can go a long way to a...
Read moreI was so excited to have found the location when I was visiting a friend in Rancho. There was no sign outside with the business hours. I walked in with my daughter and no one was at the counter. We grabbed some frozen coffees and were then greeted by a cashier that looked completely annoyed that we were there. I asked about some pastry food they usually have and she said they only had it during the week. I asked about getting some baguettes and she said they only had 2 left because they were closing. That they closed at 430pm. She gave me the last 2 they had. We got a quick sandwich because my daughter was really hungry and a milk tea drink. They gave us the wrong size in the drink so we told them we paid for the large size and they gave us a regular. She took it to the back and quickly fixed it. When we tasted it, it was obvious all they did was add more MILK. The drink was basically mik on ice with boba. We get to the car and the baguettes are hard. I spent the worse $57!! Never again.
A simple "I'm sorry we're closed now" would have been totally ok with me. Instead of giving us an attitude of annoyance and poor quality food. (The only think that was good was the sandwich my daughter ate, that's why I didn't give...
Read moreThese chains are usually pretty good but this one I regret to say I won't be coming back to for coffee. The drink I ask for was iced and I don't enjoy iced coffee so the clerk reluctantly offered to fix it for me. However, the lady that made my drink made it water to teach me a lesson I guess. I am a serious coffee drinker and know my stuff. She was rude at calling my drinking out after I gave nodds to let her know I was coming. I don't enjoy being rushed for something I am paying for. I wish establishments was allowed to tell u if they rather not serve you. I rather spend my money where I am appreciated for my business not feel uncomfortable cause someone does not like there job. Furthermore, I ask the clerk about the water verse milk in my drink. He assured me and offered me sugar. How sweet right? I order a macchiato which is espresso and milk drizzled with Carmel sauce. No worries it's okay cause I am sure this isn't the first complaint against this establishment and no one wants to loose business cause someone doesn't feel like every customer...
