Jenny's Donuts — Restaurant in Redlands

I stopped by Jenny's donuts because when I Googled, "donut shop nearest me", this shop came up. What a delightful visit! I told the shop owner that it was my first visit there and that I had never realized there was a donut shop in that location. She said she had been in that same place for 20 years. She said when she opened shop, there was nothing but orange groves all around. Being from the area, I knew that was true. She said that early in her business, she one day had a visit from a woman that she would never see again. The woman told her not to worry about slow business because the people would come. The story gave me chills. And true to the messenger's word, the people came and 20 years later Jenny's Donuts is thriving. It is a very well kept and stocked donut shop. The owners are as sweet as could be. There is every variety of donut you could wish for as well as mini cream puffs and eclairs, pastries, apple fritters and more! A MUST for vegans! Having a kid that cannot eat dairy makes life a little less fun sometimes. Treats like ice cream, cookies, and donuts are not as easy to find most days. Especially freshly made.

I stopped into Jenny’s with my daughter as I’d heard a rumor that there would be vegan options there. Upon walking in, there was a large assortment of donuts and I couldn’t possibly imagine which were vegan as there were no mentioned anywhere on signage in the establishment. The kind woman at the counter, Susan, explained that nearly ALL of the donuts were made without dairy or egg. My daughter’s mind was blown! The excitement in knowing she could actually choose multiple flavored and eat donuts like “normal” kids (her words 😆) was priceless.

We left with more than a dozen and devoured the delicious treats. I’m beyond impressed with this business and will surely be a repeat customer. Thank you Jenny’s for standing out among the competitors and helping those with dietary restrictions enjoy...

This is the perfect independent SoCal donut shop. Super friendly owners, selection has everything traditional that you could possibly want, with a few occasional fun extra flavors.

Stopped in today for the first time and got donut holes, a maple iced crueller, and a chocolate iced, cream filled. All three were the best of their variety that I’ve ever had. The donuts just melt in your mouth, they’re so light and fluffy. The donut holes especially.

The glazes and icings are all clearly made in-house and they’re so good. The maple icing is crazy flavorful.

Lastly, it’s a wonderfully kept secret so it’s not slammed and the prices are competitive. These people deserve your business.

This will be my go-to donut shop for the rest of my time living in Redlands. Seriously debating going back for another one as I type this. Will update review with photos...
