Arby's — Restaurant in Redmond

I just went to the Redmond Arby's, and I had the Absolute WORST customer service of my life. I was excited to get my son a Jamoca shake- as he had not had one before and I had been gushing about how good it was. I ordered at the drive thru where I ordered my one item, a Large jamoca shake, and not the fault of the woman taking my order, but the speaker box combined with an accent that I was not well accustomed to resulted in me asking her to repeat herself twice when she asked if I wanted "cream". I eventually figured out she was asking if I wanted whip cream on the shake, which I wasn't expecting as I dobt think Arby's has asked me that before. When I arrived at the window, and paid for my one item, my Large jamoca shake, I was handed what appearred to be a Regular chocolate shake with a sad, melted pool of "cream" on it. Not fluffy whip cream - flat, wet "cream". And I've always thought the jamoca shake had a zig zag of chocolate syrup on top- which mine did not. I wasn't positive, so I asked the male who had handed me this ... item... (who was not the female I had ordered from earlier), "Does the jamocha shake come with a chocolate topping?" . He said, " we don't do specials." Ugh. Ok..? Maybe he misunderstood what I was asking. I tried again and clarified, " No, sorry, I mean a topping on the top of the shake? Like a chocolate sauce? Does it usually have that on this [drink]?" He rolled his eyes, took the drink from me turned his back, turned again and handed me the cup back with a dribble of brown liquid blobbed down one side of the lid. It looked disgusting. I made the mistake of tasting it and immediately knew it was NOT chocolate sauce. It tasted like Actual sewage. My son wanted to get home and the road there is hard to turn around but I tried, and got stuck in 2 lights and gave up after seeing the traffic stacked that I would habe to fight thru to surely not get what i asked for anyway. And! Naturally, I didn't notice till I turned around and was fighting traffic to go back and confront the guy who served me this thing, i find out that this guy didn't even give me my reciept either. Course not. How convenient. 😠😒 I can not even ... my kid said he's not worried about it enough to waste more time on it, so I am going to let it go too... but I am seriously so upset about this. I spent $5 but you could not pay me enough to try tasting that gross concoction again. The first time turned my stomach so hard already. My son and I both got a TERRIBLE experience. And tho I own a business near this location, I will not be returning and I will share my experience with anyone who may have the misfortune to go there. This is UNACCEPTABLE, ARBY'S. When we arrived there appeared to be items and dust on the floor, which is not normal for this location. When we went to order our food it appeared that the person taking our order had no interest in helping us. While giving our order he appeared to roll his eyes at our order and never once smiled or appeared to be happy at all. I figured it was just the guy taking our order but there was another guy there who also appeared to be the same way, along with disregard to politeness. Once we completed our order we went to get our sauces but then we noticed they had no sauce paper holders. It was completely empty and the napkins also seem to be ripped apart. I asked if they had paper sauce holders but they appeared bothered that i mentioned or asked. So instead I had to use packets of arby sauce and ketchup. Which sucks even more because my fiancé has hand problems with opening packets. So instead of enjoying her food she felt helpless initially because she wanted to open the packets herself. So instead I ended up opening them, which is okay but how hard is it to replace the paper sauce holders? The food itself was good and warm just the customer service was the worst we have ever experienced here. Went to use the bathroom and it appeared that a board game was setup towards the back. Almost like they had been playing a board game all day. Frankly we just were surprised by the customer service being...
