Starbucks — Restaurant in Redmond

I wish I could do more than 5 stars. Let’s start with I am not usually a Starbucks person, but my daughter loves a Pink drink. She also has a ridiculous order: pink drink with 2 scoops of vanilla bean powder topped with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and strawberry pieces on top not blended in. I have been driving to this location a few days a week for it because my teen is too afraid to eat at school during Covid and this drink and the cheese danish are a good way to get her a treat before dinner. The team at this store knows the order now and they are super kind and friendly. I mean all of them! Josiah and Sam are great but there are no exceptions to the amazing team this store has! I have also noticed the PCC Starbucks has an amazing team. I will drive extra just to be treated the way these...

I hate to say this but I patronize alot of starbucks .Its like they go out of their way to make coffee oposite of what you ask . 38 out 40 times I do not get coffee the way I ask . Drinks here are way to expensive to not get what you order . They use sugar free syrup when you dont ask for it and take other unresonable short cuts .Beristas think they are fooling Customers who ask for Heavy Cream and use milk or half and half instead however they are not because we know what they are asking for . If you listen carefuly you can hear the snarky comments on the subject .

They should study grocery store starbucks where 99.9 out of 100 times coffee is exactly the way I ask for it...

I come here about 4 times a week. I do mobile order and pick it up at the drive-thru. Staff is great and knows me by name. Usually about 12pm-230pm. Sometimes I pull up and I don't even have to say anything before they say, 'we got your order Matt, come on up." Also, location does not run out of food items as much as other locations (which i always understand at any Starbucks but just another good things about this location.) Awesome, friendly staff!

Only cons are the parking lot is shared with some other stores and fills up when busy. Also, just Starbucks in general is overly liberal and pretentious but hey, I still enjoy their product and can't fault this individual...
