JJ’s has been around for as long as I can remember… we used to have our little league post game pizza parties (ie parents have earned those beers!) back when I was in elementary school! They’ve changed little in the operation, and for good reason! If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! The pizzas have always been delicious, I think it may be they they introduced me to my first Hawaiian pizza… a deeply polarizing fare of which I stand firmly on the side if truth, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness - provided that happiness includes Canadian bacon and canned pineapples. Probably the most unique feature and unmistakably delicious yet totally out of left field anachronistic pizza choice (that is until you’ve tried it!) is the serving of a side of honey - yes, the one and the same liquid bee magical elixir - and which seasoned customers will know and do school the non-initiated into utilizing… is meant for you to use at the END of the ingesting of a delicious slice of JJ’s Pie, wherein one takes the crust and dips it into the honey and those last few bites of scrumptious baked pizza dough suddenly becomes the dessert you never knew you needed so badly and just at that specific moment… Tuesday's are a buy one 16” pizza and get a 10” pizza for free! If interested in renting out the back room for your group event say a Little League team baseball post game parental inebriation party… Be sure to hit them up on their website or give them a call to inquire about it’s availability. Otherwise just go and get some damn fine pizza, tasty wings or even a hot sub sandwich… don’t worry, anything and everything there is sure to be delicious! JJ's is one of Renos classic pizza places. When you go there you feel like you're a part of Reno and the Wolf Pack. Its kid, family, people oriented. We often see people we know here. It's got a parking lot that fills fast but has plenty of street parking. These are not thin crust pizzas but are not Chicago style very thick either. Right in between. They have a variety of tasty pies in all size varities. They have some the best chicken wings around with several temperature variations. I've had some very good sandwiches too. There are TVs strategically placed. It gets loud, very loud when its busy but the crowd is good and honestly, once I have pizza in front of me I become mission focused and the sounds of the world fade away. I leave full and happy. Ain't nothing...

My wife's and my favorite pizza joint. We love the old school pizza parlor vibes and the food has never disappointed us. We usually get a Hawaiian with jalapeños and a large basket of fries. Their fries go hard and we usually finish them before the pizza comes out. The crust on the pizza is great, especially with ranch or honey. Highly recommend going if you haven't been before

Update as of 4/13/2024: Service was great as always, staff was super friendly. Met up with some friends and this time in addition to the fries we got onion rings and jalapeño poppers. The onion rings were amazing and the jalapeño poppers were hot, crispy, and delicious. 5 stars all...
