As soon as we walked in the server had a horrible face on that made you not want to stay. I honestly almost wanted to say nevermind and walk out. Her attitude was horrible and it wasn't even busy to say she was overwhelmed with people. She would take forever to check on you. She wasn't very communicative. The whole time we were there not once did she ask if we wanted a refill until a guy that was making sushi came out and started to help on the floor. When we got our first roll she kinda shoved it on our table and since we were new to this place I would have loved to know what roll we were getting. I asked her and she had no idea and she looked bothered that I asked her. But after that she still didn't tell us what rolls she was giving us. I was very upset because sushi isn't cheap and I definitely take advantage of eating all you can eat, that I was not able to with the atmosphere and it was hard to eat the rolls since they were being made super loose. They would fall apart. I know this place has great potential since I use to go eat at a different place where Christian was the one serving us and we had a great experience with amazing rolls. They need a different person at the front of the house that also looks more professional not wearing crocs. In my personal opinion this doesn't give a serious business feel. We were very thankful that Christian came out to check on everybody and make sure they all had what they ordered and were not being ignored. That was the only moment we felt we existed and as a...

I used to really enjoy this place back when it was The Biggest Little Sushi Bar—I went all the time and always had a great experience. But ever since it changed to ITZAVY, it’s gone downhill fast.
I came once after the change and was disappointed, but decided to give them another shot. Unfortunately, this visit was even worse.
We arrived right at opening around 11:45 AM and the restaurant was almost empty. You’d expect fast service in that case, but we waited over 30 minutes just for appetizers, which came out one at a time. The sushi took even longer. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, assuming they were preparing everything to come out at once—but instead, they served the sushi one roll at a time with long delays in between.
To make things worse, two other customers who arrived 10–15 minutes after us were served before we were. They even prioritized pickup orders over dine-in customers. It felt like we didn’t matter.
The sushi itself was disappointing—the fish didn’t taste fresh and the quality just wasn’t there. Honestly, even the cheap sushi at King Buffet would’ve been better. I’m not a picky eater, but this was genuinely some of the worst sushi I’ve ever had. Combined with the poor service, it was just a terrible experience.
I truly regret coming here for lunch. I would’ve been better off staying at work or picking up grocery store sushi.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—there are much better sushi...
