IN SHORT: DIDNT EAT HERE YET THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS STILL GREAT!
The pictures are a little misleading- it's a bar where your back is exposed- you're not 'inside' a restaurant. Due to this we were subject to some pretty loud music from a band next door that was a bit much for us. Having hoped for something a little more quiet, we made the rough decision of leaving after already being seated.
Their selection of fish is surprisingly limited- a pair(nigiri) is 7.95- even for ebi(two pieces of shrimp over rice). You've gotta expect that though because it's a casino- and it's outside of another fancy restaurant(Roxy- if you order a cocktail that's where it comes from.)- just, be forewarned. Still, that combined with the noise was a bit of a dealbreaker.(No ikura, akami, scallop, etc. We're both neurodivergent and have sensory problems with noise. Not their fault.)
However- they were extremely gracious and understanding of us leaving, no stink eye or rough treatment, and even gave us a soup cup for the green tea we had ordered. We were treated very nicely and that says a lot about a restaurant- treating difficult customers well. Sorry we weren't able to stay- since our server was such a pleasure....

The crystal shrimp, which was featured in alot of the rolls, really complimented them well and gave them a signature taste. In addition to the sashimi, we had the Mexcian, San Francisco, G-Spot, and Red Dragon.
We sat at the sushi bar and that worked best as we were able to order from the chef at our convenience, he was very friendly and made the rolls pretty quick too.
The menu is fairly large and I liked the variety of the rolls. Would enjoy going back to try more of them. I got so distracted by how good everything was I forgot to...
Read moreService was quick and attentive, even at prime time on a Friday evening, and food was really good. Located in the lower level of Eldorado right next to Roxy's Bar and Lounge. I had the Reno Roll and some salmon and yellowtail sushi; all tasted very fresh and the roll was original and flavorful. I liked how the seating was in the courtyard; it was fun to see all the casino-goers and hotel guests roll in for...
