I normally have a fairly decent experience here, however I have been much less impressed lately. For example, I went on a saturday night. Knowing that it would be busy i called over 30 minutes in advance to make sure my pizza would be ready to go. The worker taking my order asked for my information twice to make sure he got it right. When I arrived I waited in the long Saturday evening line only to get to the front and learn that they didn't have my order. They had lost it. I had to sit and wait even longer (20 extra minutes...which feels like days when youre hungry and smelling pizza) for them to get my pizza made while I watched others who did not call in advance get service before me. If you are going to offer 'hot and ready' and the customer goes the extra mile to make sure they get their pizza, you better not drop the ball. They did. When I got home and opened my pizza, it had a chunk missing. I would still recommend this establishment because I've had much better experiences in the past, but they need to polish their...
Read moreThis is absolutely ridiculous...we ordered online and we had a delivery time of 7:39 or around there. We ordered at 7:05 and the tracking never updated to whether our pizza was being made or picked up. I think it's ridiculous that a business takes that long and to make things worse we called twice to see what was up with our order and they never answered it just rang and rang. Honestly even if you are closed answer your phone. And on top of that we had to walk in the cold and I have knees that hurt almost always so walking isn't good for me and my wife has asthma so it's hard for her to walk in the cold and we get there just to find out that they were closed and when we talked to the manager she said she had answered the phone when she clearly did not and was just really rude. Thankfully we ended up getting our pizza but why have delivery when you just go through Doordash anyway. Either get your own delivery drivers, or don't have "delivery" as an option. This pizza place is a joke and I would not recommend...
Read moreIf you're OK to settle for the "Hot N Ready" pepperoni pizza, then you'll be in and out of Little Caesars faster than ants on crumbs. If your a cheese or crazybread person, then your wait may be a little longer, but still impressively fast. The point is that Little Caesars' model is for "Hot N Ready" and it's impressive.
That said, we ordered a non-"Hot N Ready" pizza, along with 4 "Hot N Ready" pizzas through the portal. I arrived a couple mins before it was supposed to be ready. I waited almost 40 mins before I had chase down an employee to learn that my order had been sitting in a warmer in the back. The same thing happened to TWO other people before I asked. Response from Little Caesar's employees each time, "Oh, sorry."
Point, only order "Hot N Ready" pizza if you don't want to screw up their model and...
