Arby's — Restaurant in Richland

For some reason only location in Washington that does not have Coke Floats. I asked for a coke float and she literally just said, “no” I asked why her response was no??? I’m like do you guys not have them are you out or ..? and her response was yes. Confused because I have a email from Arbys advertising coke floats so possibly it’s just this location. Okay so I asked for a shake and two jalapeño poppers. When got to the window they said it would be a extra 3 minutes and asked if we wanted sauce i asked for 10 bronco berry sauces. Was told it’s 2 limit … I’m confused I asked her is this a new policy? I asked to pay for extra sauces she said they don’t charge … So why can’t I have an extra sauce. She told me she would just give me the sauce … so we’re waiting it’s been 15 minutes we go to the restaurant hey, we were told it was a 3 minute wait it’s been 15.. instead of handing it to us they go all the way around bring it out and a total of 4 sauces. I walked back in and said hello this is 4 sauces “I told you in the drive through we can only do 2” okay you also said that you’d give us 10 .. so now you’re lying to my face . I asked where does it say that on a sign or anything. “The customers don’t need to know about that” WHY WOULDN’T I? overall service was slow and rude and...

Went on a mommy daughter lunch here and the food was great. The jalapeño poppers were especially amazing. But what really gets me is the employees. They really care and are super friendly. We were actually in a bad car accident last year at the intersection in front of this Arby's. Two employees ran out to help us as it was myself and my three young children the young lady even split her pants running to us and I never got to thank them. The young man that came out and called 911 for me as my phone wouldn't get signal for some reason was also super helpful. So I hope they get to see this because it was a terrifying moment for me. Especially as my son is autistic and I had no idea how he would react, thankfully the young lady that came to help held his hand just in case he'd try and run. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch market fresh sandwich and loaded curly fries. Firstly I had asked them to leave the ranch off my sandwich. Which they didn’t do, so there’s that already, then I went to take off the tomatoes and then realized that I had one small pile of turkey clumped in the very middle so it would look nice and fat where it was cut, but a good two inches and f the outside bread had no meat. So I dispersed the meat so I could have turkey in every bite. Once I did then it was maybe equivalent to two slices of turkey. Then while doing this I noticed my Swiss cheese was hard like it had sat out uncovered. Then there are the loaded curly fries, loaded is not a term I would use. One squirt of two types of cheese sauces for a whole bowl of fries. So the top layer had goodness, but left with a dry pile of fries underneath. $12.07 for this meal.
