This is the brand new Panda in Richland. I want to give an honest review. We've grown acustom to accept mediocre Customer Service and we really need to stop. Being greeted with a smile and eye conatct should be the minimum when in the food Service. After all you are serving people food. Your energy if negative is going to give your food negative vibes too. I get it fast food sucks but you had a choice so show up and fake it but give your customers the best experience they can have any given day. Promote your app and the rewards when at the register, acting inconvenienced because I used my points was off putting. The food. Of course the quality of food isn't Michelin star worthy, but you are leaving out what makes panda a good choice. I enjoy the sweet fire chicken for the reason the chiles and the pineapple made the dish. The last 2 times there is only sauced chicken, why even call it sweet fire? The rest lacks flavor/ spices/ salt. It just seems rushed. For a new establishment it's messy and the drink station is sticky. I will make note that also, the People, the customers. Read moreI am writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent visit to your drive-thru last night. I ordered a two-entree plate with broccoli and beef, teriyaki chicken, and a chicken egg roll. Unfortunately, the egg roll was burnt, and the beef and broccoli dish consisted mostly of broccoli with only two pieces of beef.
Additionally, I requested a generous amount of hot sauce while ordering but received only one packet. I was also asked again at the window if I wanted any sauces, and I reiterated my request for a lot of hot sauce, yet my order was not fulfilled correctly.
I regret not checking my order before leaving, but I was understandably frustrated once I got home and saw the issues. The service at the window was unpleasant, as the staff member who took my payment was rude. I expect to pay for good quality food and service, and this experience did not meet those expectations.
Given these problems, I cannot recommend this location and suggest others visit the Queens Gate Panda...
