I recently visited the Panera Bread location in Moreno Valley, and I must say that the service I received was utterly disappointing. I only ordered a simple bagel and coffee, which I had to serve myself, yet the wait time was inexplicably long. It was truly ridiculous. Over 20 minutes
Upon entering, I assumed that a self-serve order should be quick and convenient. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, leading to a chaotic and disorganized atmosphere. I found myself waiting in line for an unacceptable amount of time, watching as the minutes ticked away.
To make matters worse, even after finally placing my order, there was an extensive delay before my bagel and coffee were ready. It simply boggles my mind that it took so long to deliver items that I could have easily prepared myself. The lack of efficiency and attention to customer needs was painfully evident.
In addition to the exasperating wait time, the overall quality of the food and beverages provided did not live up to my expectations. The bagel was stale, lacking the fresh and flavorful taste I associate with Panera Bread. As for the coffee, it was lukewarm and seemed like it had been sitting for far too long.
The disappointing experience I had at Panera Bread in Moreno Valley has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I believe that a restaurant chain of this caliber should prioritize prompt service and ensure that customer expectations are met. Unfortunately, my visit demonstrated a complete disregard for these crucial aspects.

Read moreOn this specific day I actually didn't order anything because of the disgust I witnessed! Around 8:45 pm I walked into Panera Bread located on Day St. In Moreno Valley. I was greeted with a female employee eating a salad at the register. I was appalled. You could literally see the dressing on her mouth! After starring at the menu trying to decide if I was still going to eat there. I noticed she clocked in and her manager let the other cashier know that she was done with her break and was going to take over. SHE WAS HAVING HER LUNCH AT THE CASH REGISTER! Not to mention when the manager came around the corner he was drinking a fancy drink in front of the guest. The female then asked me if I was ready to order, I told her no, so she walked around the corner and got what appeared to be a iced coffee took 3 sips in front of me sucked the remainding food off her finger and asked me once more if I was ready. At that point I had seen enough. If this Day St. Panera crew could be so oblivious and unprofessional I didn't want to order food and receive anymore surprises. I have worked in the food industry for over 20 years and never even seen this behavior at a McDonald's even. Maybe I'm over reacting but that salad dressing on that lady's lip and the sucking of her fingers made me want to vomit in my mouth. Read morePanera Bread located on 12510 Day St Suite A-1, Moreno Valley, CA 92553 At 10:40am 12/22/18 I placed an order for egg white raisin bagel no salt no pepper, an egg white chubata bread,and a raisin bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. At 11:25 I received an order of a toasted bagel, chubata bread, eggs in a cup. I saw the cashier who took my order go to the back and make sure they got my order correct. After 35 minutes my money was reimbursed with an apology. An apology is acceptable after five to ten minutes. I find it disrespectful and unacceptable after waiting 30 minutes. I find that customer service sucks especially after I tell the Manager that I have a business a few blocks away and customer service is our highest priority for her to only respond with a "Good for you" gave me a dirty look and turned and walked away from me. It does show the lack of skills and experience of that manager. What should have happened was reimbursed my money and after waiting she she should have made my order at no charge. Her body language and facial expression shows that she could care less. I have been going in there for 3 years and I have been hearing complaints from customers for over 3 years its time for the district mgr to put someone to reduce the amount of complaints on a daily basis.
