McDonald's — Restaurant in Rochester

Pay attention when paying the Drive threw cashier charged me for someone else's food n the manager said that he was going to refund the money and comp my meal n if that happened all would have been fine but that didn't happen what happened was he did refunded the money but charged my card for my meal insted of comping the meal for the mix up and as a result of being charged for 2 meals it caused my account to go negative and had to pay a $25 overdraft fee cuz i didn't have enough to cover both meals till the refund went through 3 days later not to mention i wasn't able to pay for parking at the hospital afterwards and when i called the next day to talk to the manager and informed her of what happened all she could say was well the manager last night did ur refund so u will get ur refund for $15 in a couple of days and that there's nothing more that could be done so i called corporate and told them n they got involved and i requested to get a call back about this so I could get this taken car of so i guess corporate got Ahold of someone there cuz just a few minutes ago a manager from that McDonald's named jose called me to fix this and all he would say is that he would refund me $0.73 and give me a free meal and wouldn't say much else when i tried to explain to him the situation except to repeat himself that he will refund me the $.73 and give me a free meal so in all that night i ended up paying 15 for the first meal plus the 14.26 for mine for a total of 29.26 when i only had 26 in my account so my bank charged me a $25 overdraft fee cuz of it so my account was-54.26 this all happened Thursday night and i got the refund for $14.12 yesterday and my account is still...

Well, what can I say... It's McDonald's. Some people love it! It is McDonald's. It's fast food. Sometimes it's really nice and hot. Sometimes the fries are kinda cold. The remodel has a very modern feel. There is one table that lights up and changes colors when/where you touch it, so that's fun. But just one table like that. The seating setup is rather awkward now. One of the tables you can only get in on one side and have to slide over, unless your body can squeeze through a tiny 4 inch space, that should be big enough for a person to get in and sit down. But, no. There are no games for the kids now, but they hardly ever worked when they were there. Ordering your food is automated on touch screens. Place your order, take a number and your cup(s) and sit down. Someone will bring your food out to your table, which is different for McDonald's. There are two actual registers, where you can order from a real person. But, you often have to wait for said person, because they are multi-tasking at the register and helping with the drive thru orders. There is often only one person to man the registers. Why? Idk. Because they gotta keep costs down, and paying one more employee might put them out of business? Or maybe no one wants to...

I could have drove to lacrosse .. and back... To that McDonald's.... Got my order, and ate before they even thought about giving me my food.... The 8 people behind me all got their food. I had 4 burgers and a fry. Is that hard? You want $15? $15 per hour demands results. It's FAST FOOD. KEYWORD. FAST. heck... Even reasonable... Reasonable food.... What are you all doing in there?!?!? Fries take 2:11 to make.... That's the excuse you gave me.... 30 minutes later.... Still nothing. Wow. Just wow. I've seen more than 10 fries come out that window!!! The manager on duty was making out with his gf when I finally went in there at 9:30 pm on 6/23/19. There was my food. On the counter. Cold. What a joke.
