Starbucks — Restaurant in Rohnert Park

I tried for 15mins leading up to getting to this location to put my order in. I needed to get to the Courthouse by 8:30am, I arrived at ur location at 7:45am..should've been fine. Every time I hit "place my order" it said there was an error, probably because it was so busy. I'd have probably done better to order at the register rather than through the app & waiting forever. I waited over 15mins, just to get my croissant & not my coffee. I waited a few more mins to be considerate, I managed several Starbucks over the years I understand.. However, after waiting for now over 20mins for a croissant and a venti brewed coffee, I asked about it.. it took ANOTHER 5mins for it to be started & another 2mins until I could leave.. at 8:27am.. Unfortunately my teleporter wasn't working today, so I didn't make it in 3mins & missed court.. 45mins of my morning was spent on a plain croissant & a basic old fashioned cup of coffee.. should be...

About a month ago I would have given this place 4 and a half Stars but I went in there the last time for a Tea refill and I told a girl wanted to pay for the refill and she said no it was fine but then she proceeded to tell me the food policy on it when I had just offered to pay for my tea and then I order a morning bun that she forgot about because she was too busy trying to educate me about the rules at Starbucks when I've been a gold star member for about 7 years and nowadays to become a member or to stay a member you have to purchase a lot of different products or decent amount of drinks at Starbucks to remain a gold card member so for someone who spends a lot of money at Starbucks going to be treated that way, it just...

This is my go to Starbucks, or at least was.

The last time which was last week I had an issue, ordered a sandwich and was told at the window once I already paid they were out so I got another one that was cheaper but no refund. And I also didn’t get my water.

I went back because things happen which brings me to today’s experience. Today, I ordered a sandwich and a water no ice. The girl at the window was nice and saw they made my water with ice so she corrected it. However, not her fault but I got the wrong sandwich. The cheaper one even though I ordered the turkey one. Not sure what’s going on here. I order the simplest order and can’t be done right. Turkey pesto and a water no ice. Just disappointed. Won’t be going...
