CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG!!! IS NOT THIS A SERVICE INDUSTRY BUSINESS??? TODAY I HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! I MANAGED IN RETAIL AND RETIRED WITH 31 YEARS OF GOOD SERVICE MIND YOU TODAY INSTEAD OF GOOD COMMUNICATION AND GOOD SERVICE ME AND MY BUSINESS PARTNER EXPERIENCED BAD SERVICE FROM OWNER OPERATOR ASHLEY CHRISTIAN I WAS QUESTIONED BY ASHLEY IN A DEROGATORY WAY (WELL WHAT DO YOU DO FOR A LIVING? I'M PART OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS!) WHICH DOES NOT MATTER IF YOUR A PART-TIME EMPLOYEE YOU STILL ARE REQUIRED BY YOUR FRANCHISE TO GIVE GOOD TO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE OUR ORDER WAS REPEATED ABOUT 5 TIMES BUT NOT COMPLETED GRANTED THE BUSINESS WAS IN LUNCH OUR BUT THAT IS WHY YOU TRAIN AND EDUCATE YOUR STAFF NOT HANDICAP THEM WITH YOUR MONCHO FACADE AND BAD PEOPLE SKILLS I WAS NOT VALUED AS A PAYING CUSTOMER WITH A CONCERN ABOUT HER BUSINESSES SERVICE SHE COMMENTED (DON'T RETURN?) WHAT A EGO! MY SUGGESTION TO ASHLEY WAS TO LISTEN TO HER CUSTOMERS CONCERNS ASHLEY THEN STATED (LEAVE OR I'LL CALL THE COPS ON YOU!) WHO DOES THIS IN AMERICA... Read moreWe have been to this location more than a several times. At first, the food and service were on point. After a few visits, it’s like the associates quit listening to what we wanted. 3 different visits we asked for oregano, pepper, and NO salt, then watched them put salt on the sandwiches. We are not wasteful people, so we took them anyway and didn’t say anything. Then during the holidays, my company gave out coupons for free subs and $3 regular and giant subs. No other location said anything about using them, except this one and it’s every time. It’s like they think someone is somewhere making fraudulent Jersey Mike’s coupons or as if the money we’re saving is coming out of their pockets… I had enough and called the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge and got a female that seemed uninterested or knowledgeable and I just asked her to pass the message to someone that was actually in charge. I asked why there would be coupons available if we can’t use them, once again no answer. I will not go back to this location because there are others that don’t treat us as if we’re doing something wrong by trying to save a few bucks. I brought my mom here today at 2:15pm to share a Big Kahuna and turkey sub. But instead, we received very rude service from the cashier and the person fixing the sandwich, whom I somehow couldn't get to understand why placing our bread and meat on two receipts he just printed and laid on the counter was not ok!! When I showed them what they were doing and asked them to simply give me different meat and a different bread, they told me they "do it all the time," and if I had "ordered online I would have never known the difference anyway!"
During these covid-19 times, this is unbelievable! I told them I'm sorry but if you cannot replace my bread then I pass on getting a sandwich. Then the cashier said very loudly "if the customer is not happy and wants to be ghetto, just throw the bread away and move on to the next one." I have video and am definitely sending it to corporate. Literally... My mom and I left shocked at the kind of workers that were in there.
I love Rome, and I love Jersey Mike's, but apparently the two are not a match made in heaven... at least not at this...
