7/12/25-at 415pm,Supervisor in charge(she said her namewas Lakeisha), Ive always had the best service coming thru this drive thru till today. As you read and agree place a thumbs up to confirm the terrible leadership skills "Lakeisha"portraits. I ordered thru drive thru than was told to pull up because my order would be a bit and they "want to appear"as their service is fliwing and under alloted time. An associate cane out and walked right past(where I was told to pull up"and gave my food to a vehicle that was in line behind me and they was told to park. 15-20 minutes go by and "manager"Lakeisha has 3 more orders go out to cars behind me in line. I asked "Lakeisha 's" associate wheres my order and sheseemed disturbed I dare ask. She said she gave it to someone else and "it'd be a minute. Another 2 cars later,associate of "Lakeishas"han food orders to more customers behind. me. This is when I parked and went inside to ask about my order.By than another one of "Lakeisha the supervisor in charge" associate was about to ealk out and the associate that served all the cars behind me said"its his so the associate gave me my bag and walked off. I said" no Im sorry or have a good day after waiting 20 minutes? They grinned and didnt seem to care what I thought. I asked for the supervisor and here she comes,mouth chewing doid in front of her associates. Well now I know why drive thru was hectic. The supervisor Lakeisha leads poorly so your associates follow suit. No apology,no"your meals on us. Just careless attitude. The manager that me abd my family enjoyed for years was an older supervisor that ran a beautiful shift. Place was clean and assocites knew customer service. This may go on deaf ears and Supervisor Lakeisha is probably all they could hire but if anyone in leadership or corporate see this. LAKEISHA, is not a example of leadership. Read moreI rarely complete these, and rarely get exceptional service at a McDonalds, but let me tell you…. The service here was beyond my expectations. Everyone was super friendly. Service was probably the best I have ever received at a McDonalds in a very very long time. My family and I dined in. We ordered through the kiosk (habit). Food came out promptly. It was hot and fresh and everything was correct. We even received all condiments and didn’t have to ask for anything. As we sat and ate, we noticed the staff in the back working efficiently. The front staff was extremely friendly. They walked around when not waiting on anyone and checked in on tables to see if they needed anything. Told the women customers ‘Happy Mother's Day’. (Juanita was employee name who checked on us). I have never had any staff member ever check on me at other McDonalds restaurants when I dined in. And we frequent lots of McDonald’s in the surrounding areas. I am guessing the manager on duty (she had red hair), she brought our food and was really nice. The maintenance man opened the door for us when we got there, told us ‘Welcome to McDonald’s, glad you are here’. And when we left the same man told us to have a great day super friendly. Upon arrival the cashier refused to have received any order, I provided him with the order number he still don’t know what I was talking about, arrived at payment window and showed him the receipt, he still doesn’t understand how to take care of online order, called for the manager and a lady came in, I showed her the receipt and then she still couldn’t find my order and instead tried to confirm with me if the order was paid and correct location. I showed them address on receipt but they didn’t knew location address. I told them to pull out any receipt to see their store address. Then she is asking me if the payment went through or It declined my card. I had to show them my bank transactions on the app on my phone. Also when they demanded money for the paid order and I had asked the cashier to call the manager he made wearer faces as if I was asking him to do too much. If he don’t know his job one would definitely ask for manager. Also on the app there is a option to go inside and pick up but the doors were locked and they wouldn’t let you in. Do not consider using app or making online order at this location.
