I gave them one star because I had to in order to leave a review. They deserve NO STARS! This was the worst experience I have ever had at ANY business. Not only did I not get what I ordered after spending $35.80, but when I called the first time an gentleman with an accent answered the phone and when I asked to speak with a manager I got hung up on. I called a few more times to have the phone not answered. I called from my cell phone, my call was answered and I was left to sit listening to the same gentleman take orders for the drive through. This gentleman (I use that term loosely) didn't even say hello he turned the phone on and let it sit on the counter where I could hear everything in the store. I was then hung up on again when I asked if anyone was going to pick the phone up and acknowledge me. When I called back for the 5th time the same man answered the phone and when I asked for his name refused to give it to me. I explained I did not get what I ordered and was hung up on and this man continued to argue with me like anyone in their right mind would call a place to complain when their order was correct. I asked for glazed donuts, strawberry frosted donuts, and chocolate frosted donuts. He repeated this order back to me 4 times correctly. I ordered a mix of those 3 types for 2 dozen donuts. I got chocolate cake, glazed, and what looks like glazed donuts with a hint of strawberry frosting. I was told he was busy what did I want, and if I'm unhappy bring them back. These donuts were for my students so I am unable to bring them back as I am sitting at work. The man hung up on me again. This was the WORST experience and I will not be back and I can promise I will make sure everyone knows how terrible this location is. I will gladly drive out of my way the next time. Idk if it's the same lady or not but I'll literally order something listed from the menu and she'll act so offended like "we don't even have that. I don't even know what you're talking about" instead of sorry were out of that today or that was seasonal. Something to explain why it's listed on the menu but you're saying it never existed?? I've worked in a fast food industry for four years and I know its frustrating but there's absolutely no reason for the attitude of the employees here. There is clearly zero customer service training. Read moreThis location repeatedly gets my orders wrong. Drive thru asks you to “pull forward” past the drive thru window to wait for an employee to walk your order out (so annoying). By the time you can check the bag to see if the order is correct, the employee is back inside. Multiple times in this exact drive thru scenario my order has been incorrect, causing me to have to park my car and go inside to correct the order. Never have gotten an apology or compensation from staff or management for the inconvenience of having to deal with lack of quality.
