Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Ross Township

First of all, the food is excellent. I was in the restaurant on Tuesday, July 1st, with my older sister around noonish. Because of a recent knee revision surgery, my balance has been unstable at times. Upon entering, I lost my balance and began to fall. However, the young gentleman behind the counter leaped into action by running from behind the counter and catching me and keeping me from falling. His thoughtfulness and fast action are highly appreciated by me. I just want to say thank you for your kindness to a stranger to you....

I placed a DoorDash order for a Philly and called in to ask if they will add Mayo to it since there was no option on the DoorDash app. Stew answered and he had the best energy! He said he would make my sandwich personally & make sure it was made right lol! Thank you Stew! You made my morning, even my daughter was sitting beside me cracking...

We got to know our local Jersey Mike's store through a school competition. Our School district won. Thanks Jersey Mike's for making the competition easy to compete in. Your sandwiches were delicious. Each and every one of them was made well and consistently terrific. We agreed that we will be back...
