A really expensive place to get a really good popsicle. They have easily 25+ flavors and there’s something for everyone. But you’re gonna pay like eight bucks for a popsicle. Order: Honestly, whatever strikes your fancy. I would recommend a cream-based popsicle, maybe one of the cheesecake ones. About: $8 So here’s the thing about The Hyppo pops, they are absurdly expensive. Like eight dollars for a popsicle is crazy. But equally crazy is that they’re honestly worth it. It’s totally a splurge purchase but once you find a few of them that you like I promise you will find yourself willing to pay $7-$8 for a popsicle. All the popsicles are premade and while they don’t rotate all the flavors, they do have a rotating selection and normally they’re stocked with 25+ flavors. In my opinion, the best ones are the cream-based popsicles as they’re less icy and almost halfway to an ice cream bar. They will also dip them in chocolate for an additional price and while my wife loves to do this, I think the quality of the chocolate is far below the quality of the popsicle and so I often don’t do it. I really miss having a hippo pops in Jacksonville and we often make our way to this one whenever we’re in Saint Augustine. It’s a nice treat and while I love them I probably wouldn’t be able to go every day.

First visited Hyppo in 2015 and absolutely loved the concept, design, and overall experience. I returned this past weekend and was so happy to see that they're still in business and seem to be thriving. I very much enjoyed the Blood Orange Cheesecake and there were honestly 4-5 additional flavors that I really wanted to try (Watermelon Hibiscus, Strawberry Basil, Blackberry Limeade all sounded unique and delicious). My only knocks, I don't love that the pricing is advertised as "from $3.25." I'm not super price sensitive, but all the branding outside touts $3.25 when in reality most of the pops besides the most basic are closer to $5.00. Other minor complaint, you're able to drip your popsicle in chocolate for $1.00 extra. I thought the chocolate was really poor quality and it actually took away from the great taste of the popsicle - I'd skip the dip in the future. Overall an awesome place that's a bit different from a run of the mill ice cream/frozen dessert shop. Highly recommend and hope to see the company expand even further!

These pops are delicious, flavorful and a wide variety to choose from! Today I had the UBE Cococunt Macadamia flavored popsicle that really surprised me, and although I don’t have a picture of the other one, I also had the jackfruit flavored popsicle. The taste of these popsicle can distract you momentarily from the price that you would get these same popsicles, yes, by hippo at your local PUBLIX for a fraction of the price in an actual Hyppo store. I paid 4.25 per pop which is a bit pricey for a single pop, but the deliciousness of the pops really do overcome the price. Customer service, A1 Cleanliness, A1 If this is your one time stop to enjoy something to cool you down, come through to the Hyppo If you’re with your family and want to get enough for everyone, just go to your local PUBLIX Either way, you will be satisfied with the all natural flavors!
