Christiane herself is a true master at pairing the perfect wines. She has a gift for guiding you to something you may not have picked yourself—but end up loving.

And then there’s the food. Chef Chris, a talented young culinary artist, takes everyday dishes and transforms them into something extraordinary. It’s like dining with a Zen master—showing us what mindful eating is all about. A couple of highlights: his meatballs (trust me, they redefine what you think a meatball can be) and his deviled eggs—OMGoodness, the devil is definitely in these.

But let’s be real… the magic continues when it’s time for dessert. If you’re looking for a little something special late in the evening, this is the place. His daily crepes are delicate perfection, but the pièce de résistance is his Crème Brûlée Doughnut. Be prepared to fight over the last bite—it’s THAT good. Coming from three generations of bakers, I can honestly say this creation is absolutely, positively amazing.

Christiana’s Wine Bar is so good! We loved our charcuterie board, the wine, the service. It’s so close to everything downtown but it’s so cozy and relaxing. Christiana helped us choose a wine, we picked a great Bordeaux. She really cares about the quality and experience and truly has a passion for wine. If you’re new to wines, this is a great place to expand your palette and if you’re a wino you’ll be able to choose from an array of what looked to me like a seasonally curated selection of reds and whites.
