I normally don't talk down on restaurants but tonight I was not thrilled. I was so excited to pick up Chilis for my husband's birthday tonight however Chili's as many times as this location has impressed us....did not AT ALL tonight. After placing my order I went to pick up the food and once I did I realized they forgot a frozen margarita I ordered. This is no big deal its a simple mistake. I walked back in and asked about it only for them to tell me that they don't do them to go. I ask them well what can I have as a replacement because they didn't even offer me one. I had already paid the $8 for it so if I'm not going to get my money back then I will ask for a replacement. I ask for a regular margarita and am told to wait in my car after them asking what kind of car I drive. I wait in my car with the food...20 minutes pass and my food is getting cold as I'm waiting in the Togo spot. The girl I spoke with even looked at my car as she gave an order to a customer beside me. I end up having to walk in again to ask only for them to ask if I'm doing a pick up order. I remind them and they tell me they forgot about me asking for a replacement. Once I get the replacement cup I am handed what looks like a child's paper cup. I'm again not impressed but wish them a goodnight and their response was just a "yup" as they walked away. Mind you they were not as busy as they usually are so I was very confused. Once I get home I open my Cajun Chicken Pasta I had ordered and it not only did not have any Cajun seasoning but the chicken was barley cooked. I will not be returning for awhile to what I considered my favorite...
Read moreAbsolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went to Chili’s Wednesday night around 6:30 with my boyfriend. We were seated fairly quickly and seen by our waiter. We placed our order of 2 waters and some chips with salsa. Our waiter comes back and we place our orders of a burger and steak fajitas I addressed my severe allergy to peppers asking for their to be no peppers and confirming multiple times that there was no peppers. 30 minutes later we still have no appetizers or anything to drink while our waiter has been to multiple other tables numerous amounts of times. We finally catch our waiter and ask him where our food and drinks are. He lies and says the kitchen forgot it but we had just watched him turn around and put it in meaning he never put it in to begin with. The story then changes and our order was deleted. Our drinks and appetizer comes out and not even two minutes later our meal comes out. We start eating our food just happy that we finally have food. I quickly realize there are peppers cooked into my food. We wait 20 minutes and our waiter still hasn’t come back to check on us. When he finally does come back he seems to not care about there being peppers and doesn’t even take my meal off the bill we had to ask for it to be taken off. This is beyond ridiculous thank god I have a mild allergy but what would happen if I was deathly allergic. Same on you. We will...
Read moreOk this rating has nothing to do with the food, it is all about the service. Got there and was told there was a 15 minute wait, which is fine but there was at least 10 tables available and 5 were in the bar area where we wanted to sit. Usually you can just take any table in that section but tonight they said we had to wait. I said what if we just want to sit and drink first, they said we could sit at the bar. Well we sat at the bar ordered our drinks then they said our booth was ready, so we sat down with our drinks. We waited 30 mins until I stopped one of the two waitresses working the section and she said she was sorry I thought you had a waitress because of our drinks. Ok now there was 6 empty tables cause people left and between the two they do not know who has what table?? Plus wouldn't you at least seat people and get them started with at least chip and drinks if your kitchen is backed up instead of having empty tables or customers leaving. Asked for a manager on the way out, and all he said it let us make it right but by this time it was time to go and I told him I just wanted to let him know what was going on and to have a...
