Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Salisbury

Tonight you guys had the DoorDash special where if we used Jersey as the promotion code we got $25 off. Now most people should be grateful for that. I know I was. The staff was overwhelmed, they were verbally abused by customers for having to wait for the million subs that were ordered in an hours time. The staff did a great job containing the professionalism while trying to get the sandwiches out in a timely manner. They did an amazing job and I think they need to be compensated for the stress they had to endure. The only complaint I have is the customers that came into this place. Even the door dash drivers were yelling because they had to wait. But when you have a promotion like that everyone knows it’s going to be busier and they’re only so much room for a person to make a sub. I think they did a great job and my food is very good. I appreciate them sticking it through when I personally would’ve thrown in the towel. I hope they are able to see this review and just know I’m truly sorry for how the others acted and...

Everything was great. The only complaint/concern is that the owner is allowing people to be served without a mask. Now I understand there were signs and mask provided but I saw two older gentleman without them ordering food. Now personally, I don't think it should be on a hourly employee to enforce this rule, which is why I put it on the franchise owner of this store. A manager should have a strong enough presence to turn people down when they can't even follow an elementary rule. Now I'm not a mask thumper but it's actions like these that are killing small business that can't survive, yet Jersey Mike's(a Nation brand) thinks it's ok to keep serving people without them. Most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a Jersey Mike’s. The two women working today 08/27/2023 in the morning were the most rudest people I’ve ever came across in my lifetime. One lady got mad when my fiancé asked for his sub to be toasted. She grabbed his sub and slammed in on the grill then told the other lady to fix it when she took it off the grill. The other lady who was short with black piercings in her ear was getting irritated and had an attitude with us because we couldn’t hear her. We sucked it up and ate our food and watched how rude they were to other customers coming in. It’s sad when you want to go enjoy lunch with your family and then it get ruined the way it did.. we asked for corporates number and the managers number. Apparently they don’t have the numbers. We will never return to that...
