BLACK'S SLIDERS FOOD TRUCK — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

Although there food is great. Worst experience doing business with Aaron and his team. I hired Black's to cater my wedding almost a year ago. my fiance at the time was very skeptical that Aaron did not draw up a contract. He told me he "Had not drawn up a contract in years, not since he had to do one for Disney" After all was said an done. Black's arrive at the wrong address after I gave him the address and he insisted he had been there before. They starting serving at the wrong reception center was over an hour late getting to our venue. When it came time for some sort of restitution for what Aaron's staff failed to do. He dodged my calls saying it was because he was busy taking care of his kids, and going on vacation, having to go to therapy for back surgery. A lot of excuses when initially he was very apologetic and was willing to offer the world to fix what he messed up on. When the time came to settle on something. I just wanted some money back and it was small amount less then half of a deposit. He told me that his legal team would have to draw up a contract and I would have to sign it and promise to not defame or "blast" him on social media or any other site. I felt like that was absurd since it was his legal team that did not recommend him drawing up a contract to begin with. He said he was going to be there at the wedding as well to take our picture which he wasn't. At this point I can say his sliders are the best but he can be unreliable when it comes to returning phone calls and text. I would not recommend doing business with him outside of his public business with his trucks. I am disappointed that Aaron who says he has "morals and values" hid behind his words and would not provide a solution to the problem. Wow. Aaron (owner) and his assistant Nathaniel just delivered the most amazing night for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding rehearsal dinner.

First, booking the event with Black's Sliders (AKA Aaron) was a snap. We did it all online, with a few emails back and forth. I'll admit to being an anxious mom of the groom but I managed to trust Aaron and his team, and he was the best. We ordered enough food for 50 people, which was ample--enough for two sliders and fries for each person.

The sliders are delicious. Aaron offers meat and vegetarian options. I chose the fried chicken, loved it, and everyone raved about it. Try it with the Frank's hot sauce on top, which Aaron highly recommended. He also lays out a whole table of condiments.You can mix and match your sandwich options.We provided salad and it was a full meal.

I could go on and on. Short of it: Aaron showed up in plenty of time to prep and serve a fantastic dinner (he even wiped down his truck, having come to the house from a big event and was concerned the vehicle was too dusty!). It's a super clean and hygienic operation. The wait times were short, people were pleased, and Aaron was incredibly friendly and jovial to everyone.

The organization I work for had Black's Sliders cater a social event we had recently for a few of our summer programs. Aaron was awesome to work with and quick to respond, which made organizing the event very easy! Those in attendance loved the food that was provided, and I personally enjoyed trying both the beef and chicken slider options which I thought were amazing! We underestimated the number of people that would attend, but the Black's Sliders team were prepared for anything! We had a few people that arrived after the truck was closing down, and the team went above and beyond to open back up to make sure these people were taken care of.
