Ordered a pizza. Driver could barely speak English and lied about dropping off the order, which was verified by camera footage that showed he never even made it to my location. Spoke to a manager who insisted I speak to the driver again. It was pointless to talk to the guy a third time. I tried to tell them I didn’t need to speak to the driver (who was responsible for this mess in the first place) .i stated I needed to speak to the manager to resolve the issue. Suddenly someone claiming to be the general manager of the store broke in to the conversation and continued the rude and disrespectful attitude of his other employees. He offered to void my purchase but kept arguing and talking over me,, trying to validate the delivery driver’s poor performance, claiming my order had likely been stolen, which I had earlier informed them the hotel CCTV showed he never made it to my location. I couldnt figure out why he kept trying to argue the point, and I responded he was unprofessional and rude. As he spoke over me with his tirade I tried to continued to tell him 5 more times it was pointless to keep trying to argue and told him to just go ahead and void my purchase. He then claimed I was trying to tell him how to run his business, which was untrue and bizarre. He then hung up as I attempted to tell him for the 6th time this attempt to continue arguing was pointless and unprofessional, and to go ahead and void my purchase. It’s no wonder they have a 33 percent rating and high number of one star reviews. They had one job and failed miserably. If your job is to sell, deliver, and own a franchise, this type of attitude and poor business practices just gives the brand a bad name. Update: my purchase was never voided so I’ve stopped payment with my bank. I’ve also left this feedback on Google, as well as a customer satisfaction survey for this store and management. Read moreI placed an order at 12:31 am. Their hours are they close at 1 am but I've been waiting and 2 came and went and now it's 2:30am. I figured that the snow would slow them down but, no communication of the order but the tracker says it was delivered...I'm pretty upset as this has never happened before to me.
Update: I was notified by the Manager Eli, and he kindly expressed their side of the story. Their driver was stuck in the snow and he wasn't able to get to me. HE also expressed that he was leery to call since it was 2:30 am. I think it's ok to call at a time like that (My opinion) because it will show that you are doing something on your end. I appreciate getting a hold of me and giving me the refund and a free pizza(Which I was going to order later. Eli had said he would put a note in my profile for us to call back and get that pizza).
I recently ordered from this location and the pizza came quickly. Granted, the snow is melted (mostly) and the driver got here without a problem.
Thank you Dominos for redeeming your self. I will most certainly reorder from here again but please, don't be afraid to call us customers to let us know whats going on. I know some customers can be difficult to deal with but I think many of us would find reassurance with some communication with us if things are happening on your end that we are not aware of.

Read moreI previously rated this location 1 star some time back swearing to never order from it again. Had a friend order pizza and he chose this Dominos, was a bit skittish about my friend doing so. And to my surprise, the order was rather consistent: Delivered on time, no items missing, good food quality. Going against my own advice in my previous 1 star review I left to avoid this location after our previous experiences, my curiosity decided to give this location another try, and we have actually ordered multiple times from this store since then, getting all of our items and the food quality we expected. Sometimes our pizzas do come to us slightly smaller than expected (but not any where near a point where it upsets me). And I'm hesitant to give 5-stars just yet based off my previously experience and some slight inconsistencies that are still present, but at least I can say now if you've ordered from this location before and had nothing but problems like I did (the problems used to be pervasive), they don't appear to be this way anymore. It's worth giving it another shot if you've sworn off ordering from this location. I'm no longer waiting astronomical times for a delivery...
