The Garden Store — Local services in Salt Lake City

During our first (brief) stop in SLC heading back east, our friends introduced us to this amazing and beautiful store. While the products and selection is first rate, the customer service and genuine friendliness is out of this world. Something I bought stopped working (chirping bird box) and I simply called about a month after my purchase to see if I could return and exchange it. Not only did they send me a new bird box (no receipt or need to return the broken item), Michael called me back to make sure I got it and that it was in working order.

#1 in my favorite stores in Salt Lake City. Okay, my mom, sisters, daughters, and friends have all been coming here, since they opened. We often go together, and make a day of it w.lunch close-by. There's garden treasures, home decor treasures, and just, well, treasures! I've bought everything chic, useful, high quality and beautifully designed here: soaps, lamps, gardening gloves and tools, beautiful fountains, lights, fixtures, clocks, pillows, the list goes on an on. Recently, I called in to the store and was told that they had two rare items. I purchased them using a credit card to pick up in a few days. When I arrived, I found that they sold the two items to someone else. These are hard to find items and I could have purchased them on Amazon that very night had not this ridiculous thing happened.
