Where a where should I begin?! first of all the woman that was behind the counter she didn’t even say even say hi or why can I help you? She just started saying what do you want and then and then I started to to ask for two bowls and when we get to them to the point that we have to, order the toppings I order avocado,seaweed salad,fish eggs and krab she didn’t even say this two are gonna be extra so you have to pay whatever their job as workers of the restaurant it’s to inform you as a client that you actually have to pay extra if you want it because the y have toppings that are considered premium and they should tell you before you choose to add them on or not,so they started bad, I personally I’m a person who regularly eats Poke bowls and all those ingredients that I mentioned before are included on the basic price but ok, when the woman who was serving us, she was like OK what’s next or didn’t repeat or Corrie what I was asking about the ingredientes, she didn’t have the best attitude and I don’t know if it was because the restaurant was supposed to close at 7:00 pm and it was around 6:20 or 6:30 PM but still let’s just say the service and the attention wasn’t the best… and then as the cherry on the top of the ice cream, the other guy was doing my bowl once I get done with all the protein without asking me he put spicy sauce in my bowl lucky for me my husband was the one who realized that he actually did that and I told him and he told me oh I can go and make it again if you want to and I’m like yes, please because I don’t like spicy and then he totally forgot to put one of the base ingredients on my bowl as it was on the original one, he didn’t even ask me just to know or be sure that he was actually doing things right this time at least are you kidding me??! so it’s like you’re not doing a decent service at least keep in mind and try to do the things right or the best that you can for the client, I just noticed once I got home and opened the container and saw that it was missing the noodles but it was like are you kidding me after all this and I didn’t even get the food the way that I ordered it and the way it should be??!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I recently visited this poke place, and I have to say, the food was great! Super fresh ingredients, generous portions, and creative combinations that left us genuinely impressed. I ordered the California Roll Bowl with a quinoa base—it was perfect! The crab salad was flavorful and plentiful, and the house-made cucumber salad had the delightful tang of freshly crafted pickles. My partner also tried the quinoa base and loved it. Every bite was a testament to the attention and care put into their dishes.

However, while the food exceeded expectations, the dining atmosphere could use a bit of improvement. The restaurant was very quiet, almost too quiet—it would have been nice to have some music playing to create a livelier ambiance. Additionally, we noticed some awkward dynamics between the staff, with one lady micromanaging another, which made the experience a little uncomfortable. Great Food and Atmosphere, but Disappointing Service Experience

The food and atmosphere here are excellent. My office is just around the corner, and this has always been my go-to lunch spot. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, and the space is clean and welcoming—perfect for a quick sit-down meal.

However, I had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members, Louie. His attitude was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked if my rice could be served without being compressed, he responded dismissively, saying "this is how I do it," rather than acknowledging the request respectfully. When it came time to choose my toppings, he again responded with an attitude, questioning my choice even though I was simply referencing what was listed on the sign.

Thankfully, the manager I spoke with afterward was very understanding and kind. I truly enjoy this restaurant and didn't want to leave a negative review, but I hope this feedback leads to improved customer service—especially from Louie, so that the overall experience matches the quality...
