Food still decent (nothing spectacular, but yummy). Experience is mediocre to below average, and not even close to appropriate for the price point.

Restaurant was pretty thin on a Sunday night (no wait). Service was polite, but rushed throughout. Barely had time to pull-up the menu (QR code) when the server came to ask about drinks and then proceeded to ask on appetizers. We hadn’t seen the menu yet, but not our 1st trip so it was fine. Came back in a minute with kids sodas and waters for adults waiting on bar orders and asked for our order. Told her we needed a but more time. Two minutes later she’s back and pressing for our order again. We make some quick decisions and get dinner ordered.

Appetizers arrive quickly and we enjoy. Just as we finish, server is ready to put dinner on the table. We’re having family style on a small 4-top. Rather than clearing the big (and empty) appetizer plate in the middle, she squeezes dinner entrees onto the table. After I pick up the appetizer plate and hold it up/out of the way so she can get the last entree order on the table, she says, “oh, i can take that for you”…

As we eat/drink/talk, she comes by no less than 3 times to ask if we need boxes and/or are we done. Each time she ignores empty glasses (including bar drinks! see photo) even when we’re literally eating the ice cubes in the water glass…

Of course, when we finally finish, she’s there 15 secs after the last bite goes down and johnny on the spot with the check. As we’re signing the check, she asks “is there anything else I can get you?” - still ignoring empty glasses in front of each person. Amazing. Not even an attempt to sell another bar round nevermind the basics like filling up waters.

I get that you need to turn tables to make money, but we were there 39 minutes from start to finish… and there wasn't a soul waiting.

Definitely felt rushed and service, while sorta competent and basically polite was distinctly impatient. Our server didn’t seem unusual in anyway or have any kind of attitude. It seems this production-line focus on cranking you through is the new PF Chang’s way - a far cry from the experience focus of long ago. Sad. I definitely won’t be back and will tell everyone whenever it comes up that while the food is still solid, the overall experience is definitely not...

High-Level Chinese cuisine is hard to find in Utah in general, and after hearing and hearing about P.F. Chang's and how nationally known it is, I can not understand how it gets even a 4 star rating and is loved by so many. P.F. Chang's is one of the worst Chinese restaurants I have been to and gets an overall 1.8/5 stars. This food is some of the most bland food I have had in a long time.

To start, the Lettuce Wraps were just okay. Fresh green onion, mushrooms, but the soy sauce cooked into it was just overwhelming and took over the whole dish. Lettuce itself very crunchy, and very fresh. The ginger-wasabi base sauce served with it was just on the overpowering side, but one of the only flavorful parts on the table that night. The Orange chicken has ZERO orange flavor and is ALL ginger. It should be called Ginger Chicken. Pictured below in the Orange Chicken dish are not sesame seeds on top, but a chopped raw ginger put into the sauce that is so overpowering, it took over everything for the rest of the night. It was not good. The special Chang's Spicy Chicken was so bland and tasteless. The Orange Chicken was more spicy than this dish because of the ginger alone. No seasoning, no umami, no flavor. The Lo Mein side was one of the better parts, but still so lacking in flavor. Little hints of soy, but no salt, seasoning, or MSG. The vegetables and noodles were cooked very well, but that's about it. The most unfortunate part of the whole night was the fried rice. I have never in my life tasted a rice that had less flavor than white rice. Panda Express's fried rice is better, and that's not hard to beat. I was seriously shocked. The food experience was just overall awful.

Unfortunately, the prices were just a lot higher than expected, and the servings not as big as anticipated for that price at all. Over $70 for 2 lower to regular priced dishes and an appetizer with a soda. The money is absolutely not worth it, and I do not understand how they can justify that price for the quality and flavor of these dishes. Service was just fine, and the atmosphere is great. Will not be back and will not recommend to anyone, please save your money and go to local Chinese restaurants...

I had tried to order a small catering order online for our monthly partner meeting at my law firm that was being held the next day, which would've worked perfect, but the available times would not allow me to choose before 2pm. So I called the restaurant to ask if it was possible place my order with them directly and have it by 12:30, knowing they open at noon. The girl asked me to hold on so she could speak with her manager (can't remember his name). He returned to the phone and we chatted about my needs and if they could accommodate, and he said they would be able to have it completed by 12:30. The order was The Get Together for 10 people and one additional catered pan entree. When I arrived, the hostess went to check and brought me back one small bag. Confusion arose because that certainly wasn't the order to feed 10 people. She went back to the kitchen again, and came back with an order she said they had attached the ticket to incorrectly. The order was exactly what I ordered, but as individual meals and single order appetizers. She seemed frazzled, because who wouldn't be, all the while people were piling in for lunch. Thankfully a different manager was working and had came out to the front area and was able to help. Kimberly the manager, who was clearly irritated that the mistake even happened, took the correct order and within 10 or so minutes all the food was ready and discount added without me even asking for it. The incorrect order also given to us since they had already made it which was nice of them. I really appreciate the efforts of everyone who was involved including the kitchen staff. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but when you're in charge of 10+ people's meals and they're expecting something on a time crunch, it's important to get it right. 4 stars for the restaurant hours. Opening at noon is a little late given it's right smack downtown during lunch hours. I don't think there would be such a frenzy if they were prepped and ready by 11. Thanks again Kimberly and kitchen staff for saving hungry...

My family loves PF Chang's so it saddens me to say the experience was a disappointment from the outset. Absolutely the most miserable part of the experience was parking. Previously this location offered valet parking; unfortunately that is not an option. Parking in the lot behind the restaurant required me to download an app, create an account, go back and get my license plate number, pay the minimum fee of $10, and then - to add insult to injury - pay a "convenience fee". Oh my goodness - that was the least convenient parking experience I have ever had. Perhaps I was paying for improved security but I didn't feel good leaving my car there. We were able to sit down exactly on time for our reservation and we got fun little warm towels to wipe off our hands; however, service was not up to their usual standards - rather slow and they didn't clear anything off the table for the entire meal. Also, it took a while to get a knife which was quite helpful eating my sea bass. Our server was pleasant and I think she was trying but she was the only one I saw working. As a humorous aside, they gave us a drink menu but we had to view the food menu online. That is funny if you think about the point that restaurants in Utah make in saying "we are a restaurant not a bar!" I may have been in a bad mood which may have affected the rest of the experience but I found the sea bass a bit fishy - usually I love it. Everybody else enjoyed their meals, though. We wanted to get desert but decided we didn't have the time; in fact, my family left while I waited for the bill. On the bright side the stracciatella at the gelateria across the street was wonderful and quick. I don't say this to be dramatic or threatening, but I won't go back to this P.F. Chang's location - it just isn't worth the hassle. We are not quitting PF Chang's (the restaurant in Orem has been good) just this location.

I may have been in a bad mood which may have affected the rest of the experience but I found the sea bass a bit fishy - usually I love it.
