first off, I'd like to say as a fan of mall food, I was actually excited to grab some of the pepperoni nuggets as I had a craving.

I should just have gone to Luciano's if I wanted pizza, cause man I regret going to Auntie Anne's here. It was my first time trying and this left a bad taste in my mouth. First off, ordering was slow, and almost tedious as the crew were never on point and management laid back and simply watched them work. My order that should have taken 2 minutes to get down, turned into a 10 minute endeavor only to get luke warm pepperonis and soggy dough. With FLAKES. THE DUDE THAT GAVE ME MY NUGGETS HAD DANDRUFF AND SHOOK SOME OF THAT NASTY HEAD SNOW ON MY FOOD, I was utterly disgusted. I threw them away and will not be returning, as well as telling everyone I know that this place is dirty and unhygienic, not even including the store. That's just the workers. The service and atmosphere is what is expected for a quick serve establishment. Unfortunately, the price for a simple pretzel and small soda is astronomical. With that said, I wouldn't mind paying the crazy high price if the quality was outstanding. Problem is, the quality is awful. Each time I go here the pretzels are old, meaning on the cold side and hard. In addition, the size of the pretzel was so small on my last visit, it almost made me laugh. What's going on?
