Very convenient location, as I am a student at UTHSA. I'm basically an ad for Dunkin in my class because that's the only coffee I drink!
I'm glad the employees dont give attitude when customers use coupons or redeem the tmobile coupon. You get a coupon for a free donut w a purchase of coffee on every receipt, even if you buy nothing. Food and drinks are good. No complaints there. Could have better customer service.
They're somewhat unprofessional (not that I should expect that). The younger employees dont seem to know how to handle orders. I often hear, "Oh, I thought..." or laugh at their mistakes. One time I sat at the drive thru for a while. It's like they forgot about me. Then a male employee noticed then he gave me the wrong coffee (coffee for the person behind me).
I do go inside sometimes too. It kind of bothers me that the person (manager?) working the cashier sometimes doesnt greet me when I walk in. She will be busy getting someone's coffee or something and doesnt acknowledge me. Only after 30-60sec of standing at the register does she finally say "I'll be with you in a sec." This probably doesnt bother many people but I'm very accustomed to being greeted as I walk in so it feels odd when I'm not greeted.

But today she wasn't there. I placed a mobile order, when I pulled up to the drive-thru there were a few cars in front of me. The guy was standing outside doing nothing. He went inside by the time I got to the window bc he informed me they didn't have pumpkin. Yay. He said it would take too long for him to run to another store to get some. Weird thing to say... I didn't know that was an option. So I picked another flavor and he told me to pull up to the front parking lot. I waited and waited and waited until I looked at the clock and I should have already been at work. I went inside and saw him making a drink and put it aside by the drive-thru window. There were a bunch of people waiting for their drinks inside. A few of them had been waiting in the parking lot like me. Read moreI frequent this location because I work nearby but my husband stopped for coffee this morning and was given poor, unfriendly service. Not uncommon for this location unfortunately. The coffee taste way too strong as if it wasn’t brewed properly. We ordered flavored iced coffees and you could tell they were poorly made just by the look of the color. My husband took them back to ask for new ones and they quickly gave him a “replacement.” With the iced being now melted, it was clear they must have just reshaken the same drinks and added a bunch of milk since both were still undrinkable. When he decided to get down a second time, the manager greeted him with “what’s wrong with them now.” The female manager was not friendly at all and instead of being apologetic or trying to provide good customer service, she told her staff “just give him a refund.” It’s unfortunate that people not caring to provide good service and make a complaint comfortable to bring to their attention can ruin a business that we...
