So our ladies night out became an outstanding unforgettable night after meeting our waitress YudithđŸ„°This is how an excellent waitress is supposed to treat a family, with respect, engage with our crazy laughter, taking care of everything we asked for, even bringing a new salad with ranch instead of Italian! We even told her to sit down and take a break with us and help us eat all this lovely food with us! We want to steal this awesome waitress and have her work at the one by Walzem/35 where we usually frequent, but the smiling boss man apparently knows what they have in a perfect waitress like Yudith, and said NO, they aren’t letting her go and for us ladies to come visit their place instead😊Thank you for such excellent service, we all loved you, and of course all the yummy Olive Garden food! Have a wonderful evening! Even the sweet hostess was a doll. Maybe we need to switch to this one after all. The cleaning guy toođŸ„°Thank you all! You’re the BEST Yudith!

My friend and I visited this new location of Olive Garden a week after it first opened. We really liked how nice and modern the decor looks! I like how spacious it is to walk around in between tables. I ordered my favorite dishes the Tour of Italy and the Chicken & Shrimp Carbornara. The food was delicious and very fresh! The waiters were all very courteous, prompt and attentive. We loved how the staff worked together to make sure we were served properly. Even the manager/trainer was very courteous and he came by our table asking us how well everything was going with our food and service. The only thing I didn't like is how cold it was inside but, we read reviews prior to coming and we brought jackets. One of the best Olive Garden Restaurants I have been to. Great food and service!

Let me start off by saying the bartender Julian did a great job at his job and also handling the situation that was going on at his bar. I have to give him a thumbs up and handling the situation the way he did and how he was able to keep his composure and able to keep working. I guess it turned out his girlfriend was there making a scene at the bar. But this guy did an awesome job at being able to keep it under control even though he had no control of the person. But he did his best to control the situation while keeping his composure to be able to do his job. So I definitely give him a thumbs up for that. The food was awesome and he gave definitely five star great service. I definitely can see that this guy can handle pressure and be able to keep doing his job at the same time

Had the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE at this location. We had a party of 8 that met for lunch today for a family’s birthday lunch. I cannot remember the young lady’s name that was our waitress but she did have a gentleman who was a manager by the name of Giovanni helping her. From the beginning the waitress kept getting things incorrect, the food was brought out separately & majority of everyone’s food was incorrect. Completely fine, we all make mistakes & again the girl looked nervous so the words “it’s ok, you’re fine” were told to her and Giovanni after the repeated apologies due to the order mess ups. A couple of the people from the party needed to pay as they needed to leave. One laid & left after even the receipts had to be fixed a number of times (we had already let them know who was on an order together). Another family member asked for their receipt because they too had to leave and pick up their kids from school. The waitress comes back with receipts that were completely wrong once again. She asked my sister what was on her order & as my sister was explaining once again the waitress got frustrated & completely cut my sister off and raised her voice to ask another patron of our party what was on their order. At that time I let her know that what she did was very rude and uncalled for. She took off and went and told the general manager we called her out her name and was cussing at her. The general manager Stephanie came to our table very hostile and loud talking to us as if we’re children. Her whole tone and demeanor was very unprofessional & flat out disgusting. We were completely shocked that the waitress lied about being called out her name & asked Stephanie if she can call her over to the table so we can confirm exactly what was said but she did not want to do that. That right there told me she knew that the waitress was not telling the truth about saying we called her out her name because why wouldn’t you want to get the correct information. Stephanie automatically pointed us out as the bad people & wouldn’t let us talk or even pay our bill so we can get out of there as it was already 2:53 & we had got there at 12:30 pm. Stephanie ends up telling us to all get out of her establishment very loudly in front of all the other people in the restaurant and is complete rude and embarrassing. Not once did she ask us what was going on at all. The crazy part is that I had already paid my portion of the bill and even after all the mess ups and frustration on her face I still tipped the waitress. So tell me how we were calling her out her name but yet I tipped her and again continuously let her know, “it’s ok, you’re fine”
..and she had the nerve to go and lie on us. It was disgusting how Stephanie handled the entire situation. I did call corp orate and provided all the info & im currently waiting for a callback because the cameras will be pulled so they can get the TRUTH. I’m sick to my stomach to know that someone that says they are the general manager handles things in the...

Well let me begin by saying we were one of the first ones there which was a good thing secondly the Manager came by to introduce him self. The waitress started by asking if they were going to be separate tickets and we gave her the breakdown. Then they sent her someone to help her for a party of 8 so one was gonna do half and the other the other half. Then one disappeared . Anyway they start bringing out the plates and we're getting them all mixed up. They also brought out the wrong portions. One of the members in our party was there during her lunch hour and was the last one to get her meal so she had to eat in a hurry. So when it was time for the checks to pay it was a total mess. Another one of our members had to leave and asked that one of us pay for it and she would reimburse us. I don't know how many times they went back and forth to get the checks correct and kept apologizing and thanking us for our patience. Well the went on for about 45 minutes. And they still could not get it right. The waiter said I will be back as quick as possible. As he continued to ask people at other tables if they were ok or needed anything. 15 minutes later still no waiter. Then the waitress again brought the checks and they were still wrong. When one of the members in our party was trying to let her know what was hers she totally cut her off and went to another member. They we were approached by the so called General Manager and asked what the problem was and said she was gonna take care of it because the waitress went to her and told her that we had called her out and we asked if she could bring out the waitress so she could say who had said anything to her the manager said that is not the way they did things. We were nothing but patient. Then a member truly got upset because the waitress had lied. And the General Manager asked us to leave and not come back. All that was uncalled for and she should have clarified what the issue was to begin with. Not a happy...

Well, I tried to go there during lunch today. I was greeted by the hostess and brought to my table. It was just me. I sat there and waited for service. It looked to not be even that busy with customers, just the beginning of lunch time. Approx 18 minutes after being sat, I was given a basket of bread. I sat there, still waiting for the server to ask me for my order. After a total of 25 minutes, I was not even seen by a server, saying they would be with me momentarily. Due to it being my lunch break, I could no longer wait. I had to make a decision of unknown waiting time for service, possibly running late back to work, or leve and pick up something quickly on the way back. So, I decided it was time to leave. On the way out, a man, what looked to be the manager on duty, asked me if everything was OK. I told him I had been waiting for over 25 minutes for service and had not even been asked what I would like to drink, only getting bread. He said he was sorry and said he would get someone for me right then. I unfortunately, honestly could no longer wait, so I stated no. He then said he would comp my meal for me, but I still had already made a decision to leave so I could make sure to be back at work in a timely manner. So, I said thank you, but no. That is the only reason to give a 2nd star. This has happened now two times in a row, at this same location, same section. I dont know if its because they had customers so spread out, light on servers (not enough scheduled or someone calling out today), or a server deciding i was not worth their time since it was only me. I personally think it was something to do with it just being me at the table, as other tables with multiple people had plenty and...
