I just want to say I absolutely love the food! You can get a whole meal for like $7.00 and I think it is healthier than regular fast food I hope lol! For the most part, I have been here 3X and I always check my stuff to confirm the items, but not open the sandwiches to see if all ingredients are there. The 1st time they forgot my chips, but I went in and got it. 2nd time no issue, but this 3rd time I was missing cheese that I paid extra for. I ordered provolone and cheddar on my salami sandwich. It only came with provolone. I emailed customer service asking for a refund of the $.69. A very lovely gentleman called me and assured me he was going to visit the location the next day and speak to the manager which I did not want escalated so profusely, but he took it upon himself. He was very soft spoken and had a kind demeanor. It was honestly refreshing compared to the customer service and service over all after COVID. Most businesses are lacking tremendously in reprimanding their errors or they don't even answer you. The customer is NOT always right. There are some crazy Karens and people who just want free stuff, but nowadays everywhere I go. I am always missing something or order is not accurate so I am kind of just used to it and expect it. [IE: I ask for no tomatoes and still get them. Not a big deal. I just pick them out.] I am not too fussy, but the provolone made it taste weird by itself lol. He took it very seriously and I hope no one got in trouble, but I was just happy he followed up with me. Read moreI love Jason's Deli, the food is good quality and fast service. BUT... have to give this location one star because of the rude staff. I've been to a few other locations in town, this was my first time going to this spot. Arrived at 11 a.m., there was no line, I approached the cashier (Ashley) and she was very pushy, and rude. There was no "hello," or anything. I asked her where the menu was, (since this was my first time here, I didn't see the paper menus). When I asked her she gave me such an annoyed look, then I made a mistake placing my order and I kindly told her my correct order. Oh My Goodness - - was this a bad idea. Her annoyance went from "tolerable," to "OMG, did this just happen." He literally walked away, then when I tried to call her, she literally just ignored me, and the manager came up (he had to key in something). Once the manager (Carter) was there, I simply told him that she was rude. He basically could care less, just said, "okay, i'll talk to her," but there was no apology. Now remind you that this whole time, I was pretty mello, I didn't make a scene, get obnoxious or rude, I just simply said to myself. "Maybe she was having a bad day." Read moreOn Saturday February 18th my family and I went to have Lunch at this location around 3pm. We ordered and sat down we also had the self serve before the food came out, once the food was out midway my husband asked one of the workers where the restroom was and that when we were told the water was shut off at that location and the the other establishments in that same side. Once we got home we did not eat anything else since it was late when we got home and the following morning two of my daughters complained about stomach pains and ended up vomiting. Well then myself and my other daughter had the same symptoms well turns out we have food poisoning. If an establishment has no running water especially a Restaurant they need to close down. I use to work at a fast food restaurant and if there is no running water we would close because hot water is needed to clean dishes workers need to wash their hands. My husband contacted the regional manager Henry and left a message and never called back. He called and spoke with a worker who tried to say no they had running water.
