Costco Food Court — Restaurant in San Antonio

There was a robust woman at the front that continuously rolled her eyes at the customers. I hoped she would not display her obnoxious attitude towards me as I simply asked her if they had called our number because with all the noise in the food court I could not hear. She deliberately ignored me and I had to ask her co-worker next her I the same tone who could clearly hear me even though she was farther away. I cannot explain how upsetting it was to find that they deliberately held my order long after it was made. Not to mention our food was basically burned.

Love the quality and value of the food here. We usually have a great experience with service at the food court but not today. There were 5 or so people waiting for kiosk orders. The guy making pizzas never acknowledged them. He put orders up on the shelf, but still never looked at the people waiting. Someone came from the back, ignored the kiosk people waiting for their order and took care of another. When someone finally called out order numbers they all were up on the shelf and getting cold.
