The food is awesome. I ordered the Crawfish Enchiladas with shrimp. I tell you....it was the best enchilada I've ever had. The chips and salsa was okay. The salsa was extra hot. I took off a star because our waiter attempted to "chastise" me....after asking if I could change my order to take out. Granted they were very busy... Believe me I got that. However, we were working on a limited schedule and time was winding...so, I thought I was catching them before they finished cooking our meal. Anyhow, his tone...look...and response changed my impression and caused him to be short the tip I was gonna leave. Not to mention he tells the server something extra and with agitation... about me now needing it to be prepared to go. My tab was almost $45 for my enchiladas... two kids meals...and two slushes. I ain't trippin' but...I ain't interested in paying my tab and for bad service, too. Anyhow....the server was more personable and attempted to explain that he was a lone cook/server...we exchanged our "understandings" of each other's circumstances and carried on. Again...our food was the best!

We spoke with Lydia the manager and she helped us setup a reservation for dinner. When arriving to the restaurant, we were greeted by Justice the hostess who was extraordinarily helpful and courteous. We were quickly taken to our table and greeted by our bartender/server, Charles, who was an absolute Rockstar; Totally knocked it out of the park with recommendations and helpful insight into the local cuisine. After finishing the meal, Charles was nice enough to help us find local information and provided directions to our next locations. This place is great, Lydia the manager, Sammy, and Charles are immensely impacted to the experience, and thus far, one of my favorites. Thank you all again for the wonderful memories, we will be back again in the future.

Went for lunch with my wife on a Saturday it was both of our first time there and seemed like a nice place to go. We ordered the fried pickles for an appetizer, and they came out very hot. I had the Cheeseburger in Paradise with Onion rings and my wife had the Chicken sandwich with fries. We also had 2 mixed drinks and 2 waters. Our bill came out to $90. First of all, the burger was dry, and the onion rings that came with it were few for the over $15.00 we paid for the burger. My wife said that her chicken sandwich was also dry and void of any flavor what so ever. I had a small taste of her sandwich, and she was correct it had no flavor and was dry, like it had sat there for a while. The mixed drinks we had were okay, but they seemed overly sweet with syrup flavor. My overall opinion of this place is that the food and drinks are way overpriced. The atmosphere seemed blah for such a well-known brand. We should have gone to Chili's. The wait staff seemed too busy for our table for two, and we kept having to ask for stuff that should have been provided to us, like utensils and napkins. When we were leaving, the hostess station seemed uninterested in any of the customers leaving or coming in.

I went twice since being in San Antonio and 1st experience was great David our waiter was the coolest. He kept me and my girls laughing he was engaged and kept the drinks chips and salsa on deck but we sat outside to see the Riverwalk and we where surrounded by 3 🐝, no one got stung because David came to the rescue that trip I would give 5 🌟. Second time hubby and I wanted to grab lunch so we stopped in got seated immediately and as we waited for Micheal our waiter we saw someone walk by with these humongous plate of nachos we both agreed that's what was going in our belly. Sad to say we where both disappointed in the Volcano Nachos . The finished product looked good but as you dug in further all we got was a bunch of dry chips. We requested a side of queso and that helped but we ran out of queso and still had a bunch of bottom of the bag chips (that's what I call the last of anything in a bag because it's always broken). Stay away from the 🌋 Nachos if you do dare to try GET MORE QUESO. If you go for the drinks definitely get the who's to blame margarita it was delicious o. The rocks with extra salt (optional). Enjoy!

My boyfriend and I decided to eat and drink at the bar. Several spots had dirty dishes but found a spot in the middle of the bar. We waited several minutes and no one came so we grabbed menus from a table near by. I went to use the rest room and as I walked past the back area saw several employees leaning against the wall laughing having a good time. When I returned to the bar still NO ONE attended to us. About 15 to 18 minutes someone came by. The original drink I wanted was out and the 2nd drink I wanted was just ok. I ordered something that was similar to a daquari. The ice pieces were so big it was hard to drink. We also ordered waters and said we were ready to order. We sat there chatting away for 30 minutes. No waters ever. No food order was taken so we asked for the bill. I wish we could give less than 1 star. We will NEVER return to this location. The table behind us was waiting 10 minutes, they said. This place is no true Margaretaville. Don't waste your time. Picture of receipt to show our servers name.

Do. Not. Go. ANY where else would have been a better choice. Even McDonalds. I mean this sincerely for our visit. Maybe this is just part of post covid restaurant life, but I have never had an experience like this at a Margaritaville. We ordered: -Tropical Margarita -Fried pickles -Lava Lava Shrimp -Teriyaki Steak -Garlic Burger The only item with any flavor was the steak. It was tasty but overcooked. With the wait times we kept it. The rest was bland and seriously lacking in flavor. It was impressive in a bad way. The service was horrible minus one of the bartenders, and the guy running food. The place had a three hour wait, and was still taking 15-20 minutes to clear tables. Our first interaction with a bartender was incredibly rude, over a simple question. If they are understaffed there are better ways to handle the volume. Disappointing way to spend $100.
