My first time coming to try this place out was very excited stepped up to order our drinks. This heavier set tall guy was taking the orders and he had a a speaker right next to him very loud and kept asking me how many shots I kept saying one extra shot and he kept saying how many then he leaned over and yelled in my face how many I was shook because it was so rude for him to just yell in my face and I told him maybe if he turned the speaker down he could hear me. He didn’t seem to care didn’t even explain to me about their cups and all of that and even his fellow employees where apologizing for his behavior and the you h lady that gave is our drink was so apologetic. Went to get a drink as I was attending the Día de Los Muertos festivities. The establishment was severely understaffed as there was only one person who was attending customers on the register along with making drinks. Knowing that there would be such a big crowd due to an event happening, more than one person should have been working. I would think it would be one of the days to be making more money than usual as a business. The long line was expected, but the fact that it was barely moving wasn’t. Others including myself eventually left the line without drinks. It was very unorganized as the proper amount of man power needed to make business run smoothly wasn’t there. As you can see im almost done with my drink. First time being there and trying it out was amazing. The mixer & shots was perfect!! The employees there are so friendly, their attitude is amazing, music is awesome, i will definitely be going back there again. I found my spot to enjoy the open space and invite my friends to try this place out. Rivercenter mall is the spot to hit & also try out the peach & eye candy drink mix together.
