The woman who served me was incredibly friendly, Litzy, I believe was her name. The other woman, Naomi was needlessly rude. She needs an attitude adjustment. If you don't like customer service; get a new job. I watched this woman be curt and rude to multiple people, offended attitude when a customer had questions. A customer was trying to ask her about a non-labeled item on display and she couldn't stop her personal conversation with her co-worker to answer the question and when she did finally acknowledge the customer standing in front of her she rudely responded "look at the menu behind me" Then I witnessed her being rude again as another customer who was standing waiting to ask for some soy sauce, he asked for four which she rudely responded he needed to wait because she was helping someone else then the woman who was helping me came back and immediately asked the customer what he needed while still helping me and the other lady, Naomi chimes in "he just asked me for that, he needs to have patience" SO RUDE!! Read moreOn 1-30-23 (at around 8:30PM) I ordered Teriyaki Chicken with Rice. After it was packaged and while I was paying, I asked for Teriyaki sauce.
The gal at the register informed me that the delivery didn't come in the previous night and they didn't have any and so they offered me Soy sauce instead.
I asked her why didn't the people fulfilling the order let me know, otherwise I would have got something else?
No response, other than for me to talk to the manager (which I couldn't right then). Later, I called while they were still open and I got the option to speak to someone (press #2). Instead, the message just said "there is no one available to take my call...goodbye".
Thus, I tried to go to the Panda Express near Hotel Circle which is a few miles away but the road on my route to get there was closed because of the rain.
So no Teriyaki sauce (I know 1st world problem) but still they should notify all customers (and all employees should know) that when there is NOT an accompanying condiment available which many customers greatly enjoy - they should be informed of this when they take the order....
Read moreIt is impressive how bad the online ordering system is handled by this panda express specifically. I placed an order that was quoted to be ready in 20 minutes at 7:00. I show up at 7:05 and it’s still not done which isn’t a big deal. The part that is annoying is that based off the position of the people in line if I would have just gotten in line right when I got to the store and ordered, I would’ve gotten my food before I ended up getting my pick up order. It doesn’t make sense how I place my order 25 minutes ago and it’s still not started and that if I would’ve just gotten in line, it would’ve been quicker. It doesn’t help that all the employees kinda look at you, but don’t come up and ask anything about your name or any other things.
