My online order was not in their system when I arrived to picked it up. I showed my email confirmation and location, date, time were all confirmed correct. My card was charged and I showed them that as well. They said place the order again and we'll have the kitchen make it right away. I asked for a receipt showing that my card will be refunded for the first mysteriously disappearing order, but they couldn't give me one because the order didn't exist in their system. I was assured that the charge would be reversed automatically since the first order was never fulfilled, but the charge remained on my card after a week.
