New update:
The older Caucasian lady with tan skin and hair in a bun, in her late 50s is so rude and mean. Me and my husband spent more than $130 here within 2 days and that worker said "no" with an attitude after my husband politely asked her if he could use the restroom. No sorry or anything just rude and she was just miserable working here. Sometimes she would disappear into the back room. So of course the second day we came here she was working and we left with less clothes this time. The day before another older lady was kind and allowed my husband to use the restroom. Hey lady if you are unhappy being employed at salvation army than let someone else take your place that is kind and polite.
Update: Some people working here are helpful but I was charged $5.99 for Women's sandals which I thought cost $3.99. They show your bare toes so they're not counted as flats. Also, I think she charged me leggings as the same price as pants. And the hooded trench coat she charged it at $19.99 which is too much for something that needed dry cleaning badly. Since it had stains and black mildew on it. I feel like the men working here are way more accurate at pricing the items fairly!
Some of their employees needs more training. And I would appreciate it if this location would stop playing loud rock music and start playing some Christian music atleast. This one employee lady was singing out loud to the band's lyrics in the row next to me and made me feel even more uncomfortable. On top of that she clearly knew that my husband was waiting first in line at the register while she was singing her heart out. Along with 2 other customers including one couple. That couple last in line told her they were at the end of the line. But she didn't care she let them cut in front of the line and helped them first! Making my husband almost end up being last in line because of her unfairness and unprofessional behavior. So she loudly yells to another employee for backup. But the second customer in line was nice and told the other employee that my husband was in line first before her. I don't know what her problem is but I've been here 3x and both times this one employee acted hostile towards us. And she's super friendly and talkative towards other customers though. Which makes me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable because of how we were treated unfairly. Like we aren't valuable customers or something because not many Asians are seen shopping here... Also I feel uncomfortable sometimes like I am being watched by their security guard since he pops up everywhere around the store. If he is too busy at the back of the store, how is he gonna catch thieves running out with merchandise? However, shout out to the other 2 employees that were nice...
Read moreThis is by far the worst salvation army I have ever seen or been to. I understand the items are to promote donations to good causes but really charging $89.00 for an item that only cost $28.00 and even on half off (%50) it puts the item at $44.50 not including tax. I then told the manager (James) that i felt the item was over priced and asking if it could be lowered (to be cost effective on my half) I then felt as if this "manager" was getting very rude and mentioned that i felt that way. He then told me the items are priced else where and he couldnt lower it and i said it isnt worth 89 bucks that they get these items for free and he then snatched the product out of my hand and turned his back to me as if i didnt matter as a customer and he says well you dont want the item. I then got very upset because this "manager" was very rude and snatching items out of my hand and turning away. This salvation army is very dirty, cluttered, over priced and they dont even have toilet paper to put in the bathroom after my wife asked them to. I dont not recommend going here or spending money at salvation army. They say they are for helping but they want to rip the customer off by way over charging for these items they got for free. Very bad customer service not just in store but even phone services to district offices. Salvation army is a joke so dont even bother. And if you visit this location dont talk to the manager James. My impression of salvation army was to help people with finding affordable used cloths for "not so rice people" while being able to dontate money for good, looks...

At that point I lost it internally I was in shock not only did everyone in the store see the way she spoke to me people also noticed how condescending and rude she was as she continued tontake photos of me next to the display. I spoke to a manager in store spoke with Angie and store manager came to apolagize while apologizing to me clearly hear Angie open back clothing area laughing among her colleagues.
With all due respect I'm unsure how she treats society in general it clearly shows in her work environment had she said excuse me may I take a quick photograph for my store display I'd greatly appreciate it. My experience at your store was demeaning and...
