Ugh.. I hate doing these types of reviews but if not me most likely someone else less polite and or professional. I Dropped by this particular location on the way out of town for a little travel morning breakfast. I asked a few basic questions at the drive-thru which we're not able to be answered about different forms of payment and I was requested to come inside to order. No big deal a few extra steps on the Fitbit never hurt right? I didn't count all the steps to get through the numerous folks asking me for change between the 20 ft from my parking spot to the front door.... but still a step as a step and it reminds me to be humble and grateful for what I have. I'm not complaining about that God bless everyone especially folks in need and I'm not in the habit of handing my credit cards to just anybody. I just did not expect their boldness and it did not change the fact that I literally had no currency or change. After going inside and waiting to be acknowledged by the apparently busy or distracted employees at the front register I asked my questions again. I was told my card would not be accepted. Of course this was after I asked at the window and was assured it was usable. No big deal sometimes wires get crossed and communication is not 100% However, if I'm working at a restaurant or any establishment that accepts regular credit cards EBT cards or any other form of payment and I tell a customer yes I can use whatever type of payment that is normally accepted there and I mistakenly give the wrong information I will pull the change from my pocket and pay for it myself if I'm wrong. Not a problem it wasn't as much a big deal for the lack of communication but when I went inside and was told I could not pay and receive my order because my card was not accepted.... the folks at the counter did not even turn to the person at the drive-thru window which told me to come in to order. Did not even let them know to please inform customers at the drive-thru or post a note/sign that they don't use this card at the moment it does not work here. I felt a little brushed off I can't deny and most typically with a situation where you are turned away there is some sort of polite explanation. I don't ever put labels on things labels belong in the grocery store on clothing and things you lock beneath your kitchen sink to keep from being touched by toddlers...not people. I just felt like I was some faceless customer without a face and unable to get direct eye contact or a meal. I ended up paying for the meal by other means which I always carry. The Food- I was not impressed with the quality of the "2 Chicken McGriddles" with hash browns I was with a guest and the sad owner of the idea to go there to begin with. I ordered. I don't know if I'm just crazy but usually if you say McGriddle or chicken and waffles or waffles or pancakes or anything McGriddle I expect... to be asked or rather I should say I expect people to have the common sense to know what goes with waffles or pancakes or whatever you wrap around it Syrup perhaps? Apparently they were busy loading my bag full of 14 individual packets of ketchup? Not sure what that means I'm sure it wasn't personal as I can always use a good bowl of tomato soup later. Anyhow as far as customer service goes I would give them a 2⭐..I'm sure they have better days but it was not busy and that's what disappointed me. And the lack of communication not only between employee and guest but between employees and other employees. I ended up feeding my two orders of chicken McGriddles minus the syrup and the 28 packages or so of ketchup...
Read moreALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER AFTER YOU GET IT AT THE DRIVE THRU. Boycott this McDees. I know the franchise owner and he is aware of the problems but laughs at people who eat there. He worships cows (hint) and in his culture, toilet tissue is not essential, that’s why we have a left hand.(hohum) You have a 50/50 chance that something will be missing. (But you’ll never “mistakenly” receive more food). Plus the workers are slow. Not only are they dumb, but they’re rude and lazy. Can’t blame them too much, I would hate working at McDees. But if you’re going to work there, then actually work or get another job. I ordered a double 1/4 w/cheese and fries and a frozen Coke. It cost $16.33. Sorry Micky, last time I go to a mcdonalds. The food is not worth the price. I could buy a large handmade pizza with fresh ingredients for same price. Or two freshly made steak burritos for equal price. CA and it’s $15/hr min wage will be the doom of McD’s. All because these idiots believe working at McD’s is a real job. Those jobs were meant for kids in high school, not for adults to support a family. In 2-3 years, McDees is done. The inbreds thought working at a burger joint as a “career” or an adults job. Food quality is poor/average and the min wage adult workers are worse than the high school kids that are quicker, smarter, and have better customer service skills. McDees business model will not work with a minimum wage that’s not based on the real economy. Get A Real Job! This is welfare recipients tossing your McNuggets. Ronald the Clown was creepy anyways. Go to TNT pizza in SD and enjoy...
Read moreDear McDonald’s Management,
I have always appreciated your chain for its standards of service and the speed of order fulfillment. However, my recent visit on December 29, 2024, at 11:05 AM to your location at [insert address here] left me deeply disappointed.
Despite the promise of quick service, I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. For a fast-food restaurant, this is unacceptable, as it undermines the core concept of “fast food,” which is fundamental to your brand.
Furthermore, I witnessed a situation that caused even greater concern. Some employees appeared distracted from their duties and were feeding homeless individuals instead of focusing on customer service. While assisting those in need is commendable, such behavior during peak hours in a busy restaurant comes across as unprofessional and negatively impacts the experience for other guests.
I urge you to address the organization of the staff at this location, provide appropriate training to ensure professionalism, and implement measures to maintain your service standards. As your customer, I trust that my concerns will not go unnoticed and that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
I would appreciate your feedback and information on the actions that will be implemented to rectify...
