They serve cold brew coffee, and a variety of kombuchas, ginger beers, and root beers. The staff is very friendly and will give you samples so you can try them before you purchase and you don't regret buying a 32oz bottle of kombucha flavor you don't favor. We ended up getting a 12oz blackberry ginger beer and a 32oz glass growler of mango guava kombucha. They were out of the cold brew when we went. The lady says that lately it has been really popular. The initial growler fill is +$4 for the growler and she said that on Fridays growler fills are $2 off. The flavors of their drinks are really good! They are complex, but subtle and are very refreshing. The ginger beer tastes like am eating fresh ginger with a hint of BlackBerry to finish it off. The mango guava kombucha has a nice soft sweetness to it and the fermented flavor isn't overpowering as some kombuchas can be. I definitely will have to come back to try some of the other flavors and the cold brew. And, if you're just getting started, you'll be amazed (and more than a little spoiled) by the depth of flavor, the smoothness of the green tea booch, and the lovely and impressive fizz TapShack's flavors provide.
