Not sure where to start! 1st I waited 15 mins with only one person ahead of me, he waited just as long. 4 employees, one working on to go orders. One in the back touching his hair on and off while making ice cream, the third was refilling candies that could have waiting on customers. By the time I was helped there was 8 people behind me. I've only been in here a handful of times, and every time it's hotter than the outdoors, and the ice cream is melted on top inside the freezers.

The workers were visibly overheated. One girl had sweat all over her. Absolutely awful conditions to be working in, let alone, selling ice cream.

What kind of cheapskate owner set a thermostat at 82ﾟ???!!! That's ABSOLUTELY against OSHA and...

Each time we go into the store we are greeted with a warm welcome and smile by whoever is working. Often it can get fairly busy in the small store and there can be a a bit of a wait.
