If you think you are next, you are wrong. All the people sitting by the counter are waiting too, with the patience of saints. It's as if LUMA ran a cafe, randomly doling out coffee, but mostly, just talking..

Kids now a days want to have tip in the jar without having interaction with visitors.... Maybe was the hour i visited.... But not the first time.... Nor the place was full,.... neither cashier or barista said a good morning... Buenos días.... Dude you need to be aware of people visiting more when you have the best café of Puerto Rico..... Shame on you little kiddos..... I don't give less Stars because I respect the owners of this...

It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated so poorly by staff. Condescension, apathy, and judgment are the worst attributes for service-oriented job. If you can’t offer customers basic common courtesy, or if you don’t like interacting with people, maybe consider looking for work that isn’t public-facing.
