My daughter bought this mug in this store, notice it’s only wrapped in 1 plastic. A $15 mug should be wrapped in double plastic because it’s that expensive in case it drops. Well my daughter unfortunately dropped the bag and the mug cracked. She went to the manager to see if something can be resolved and the manager said no. She was not even offered something of half that price. Not only that she was not even given a receipt and no phone number so I could’ve called and try to resolve the issue. Now I know that when I go to visit I will not be buying anything from them and will advise my friends and family not to go there either. How convenient the phone number and no receipt looks to me that they are deceitful not to be trusted to buying there. I have been a customer in other occasions but...
