Not good at all. We walked in, we were never greeted or acknowledged. Proceeded to stand at the counter for a long time while the worker was âwiping down countersâ that had nothing on them. Felt like we were purposefully being ignored even though we were nothing but polite upon walking in. Nobody else was behind us in line and maybe 2/3 customers inside eating. Finally we asked the person behind the counter if they could help us as we were standing there patiently, was STILL not acknowledged by the middle-aged lady behind the counter. My mom ended up walking out while I asked the employee AGAIN to be helped.. ended up not purchasing anything except 2 bottled waters. Didnât even want to give them my money for that⊠Terrible customer experience. I would understand if it was extremely busy or if the worker at least just acknowledged us standing thereâŠ. But neither was the case.
It would have been a completely different experience if the worker had just acknowledged us or said âbe right with youâ, instead we got completely ignored while it wasnât busy...

When I went back the person working called the manager and as I live translated with GPT she basically told me there is no way to refund or delete the photo (lie). They used the camera app so that is a blatant lie. They claimed it would be deleted in 60 days.
Do not come here unless you are paying cash.

Identity can be and is stolen with the use of ID often.
The notice is not printed and was tucked away and shown only after with no prior notice (illegal in my opinion).
Itâs a shame you are lying to customers. No other business in the PR does this. You used the camera app and did not âscanâ.

El aviso no estå impreso y estaba escondido, y se mostró solo después, sin previo aviso (ilegal en mi opinión).
