Horrible experience, first and last time I visit this place. Came here for dinner around 7:40 pm, ordered two bowls. They told me it would be 15 minutes, no problem. 20 minutes later they tell me they are out of churrasco, that they can give me another protein option or to wait 30 minutes for the churrasco. I go for chicken, which is cheaper but no money is returned. 25 minutes later (45 minute wait in total) we were given our meal. They have a great variety of house and salad bowls. Loaded fries and chicken nuggets. We ordered the Caribe Bowl and Boricua Bowl. If you want to experience a local dish order the Boricua bowl, the flavors mix so good together and it has the perfect balance with mogongo and bacon. I love Tropiko and this is the most beautiful location. The atmosphere is relaxing and promotes a delicious experience. The food is fresh and the ingredients are outstanding. I love all the signature bowls and you can make your own too. I love their “ropa vieja” and the bifongo.
