Sasquatch Coffee House — Restaurant in San Luis Obispo

This is EASILY the best coffee and cafe in SLO. Although a bit hidden to the native and tourist eye, it’s definitely worth the find. The cafe itself is located inside the city courthouse. The craft espresso beverages are always superb. I usually get The Elvis, blended. I think about this beverage often and if I could I would have it every day of my life until death do us part. The food is also great. Just like the coffee, most of the menu is fresh and made to order by the chefs and owners themselves. You can also grab a tasty pre-made snack, breakfast or lunch from one of their fully stocked fridges. I usually go for a breakfast sandwich made with one of their homage savory jalapeño cheddar scones. Please make the time to stop here and check it out. They'll make almost anything you can dream up.
