Avoid like the plague. There was once a different KFC in town, but it shut down. Probably only a matter of time before this one goes the same way. The drive thru is the worst one I have ever encountered. They force customers to wait for 5 minutes at a time or more before taking their order, and once you pull up to the window, it's another 5 minutes. The food is subpar for a KFC when (if) you actually get it, and about half the time the order is wrong. I've been here about four times. This isn't a fluke. I wanted KFC in town, so I gave them a chance. Every time I regretted it. The last straw was earlier this week. I got into the drive thru line and waited there for 10 minutes, during which time they took ONE customer's order. The next customer was forced to wait. After that, I pulled out of the lane and parked to see if getting my order to go would be easier. 5 minutes later, and someone was taking my order. I was told it would be a little bit before I got food, because they had run out of chicken (I know, that's all they make at KFC, so what were they doing in the kitchen if they were out of chicken? And there weren't many people there, so it didn't make sense in the first place.). I decided to cancel my order and left. I drove through McDonald's, placed my order, and received it in great time. Out of curiosity, I drove past KFC on my way back. The car that had been in front of me in the drive thru was STILL waiting on their food, and they'd been sitting in their car for at least 20 minutes. Read moreHonestly, this is the worst KFC I've ever been to, and it has nothing to do with the quality of the food. It's the fact that they rarely have the food to begin with.
The last 3 times I've been here, I have not been able to get what I want. This KFC is constantly missing options from the menu, but last weekend was the final straw.
I downloaded the KFC app and used it for the first time. I ordered my food, and the app said it was going to take 5mins to finish. Well, it takes me 15min to get there from my house so I figured that was enough time. When I get there, the cashier tells me they weren't able to complete my order because they didn't have any chicken....
KFC. No chicken. So this store is just KF?
Apparently the whole staff of the day called in and they had no cooks to make chicken. But what's worse, is noone contacted me. The app didn't provide me any details and made it look like my order was ready. And to top it off, the store said they couldn't issue me a refund because I ordered on the app and gave me a 1800 number to KFC.

Read moreThe wait is absolutely terrible. Do NOT come here on a Lunch break unless you have at least a half hour to wait for your meal. Only about 10 Small Tables to sit at so I had to stand up while I waited 30 minutes for my to go order. Very Small and cramped. Not enough Parking as well. Had to Park in the road behind the location. Not Fast Food at All. Taking the time to Edit my review because of the General Manager. He's a pretty big guy but his lack of mobilty is no excuse. He was terrible at delegating tasks and tried to do everything himself at an incredibly slow pace. I recall a customer asking for a refund after waiting 30 minutes and he just stood there staring at the guest trying to burn a hole through him. Seems very rude. Worst GM I've seen in a long time.
Also they put priorty on the Drive through. I remember going inside for my order because the line of cars was backed into the street. I specifically recall a bright orange truck waiting to get in the drive through line after I had already place my order and that truck was long gone with their food a good 15 minutes before me....
