The service was not good. I waited a good additional 20 minutes for my food. My order said that it was going to be ready by 2:11am in which I arrived at just that time. The food was not even prepared. Then the girl had me sit and wait and she never checked up on the readiness of my order. After waiting an extra twenty minutes I stood patiently in line to ask a different worker what was taking my order so long if I got a notification that it was ready. He said that he didn’t know and then said that it’ll be out with everyone else’s food. He never asked what I ordered. He never checked the computer. He just told me to wait 4-5 more minutes. I seen the girl worker talking with an Ubereats driver trying to figure out his food situation. No one knew who the extra bag was for. They both were checking all of the boxes and couldn’t figure out who it was for. She then slung the bag on the counter behind her because she didn’t know who it was for. The guy worker said that he thinks it’s mine and asked the girl and she said that she guesses that it is mine. So the guy handed the bag to me. I then asked to speak to a manager because that was just too much that I had to go through just to get one caniac combo that should’ve been ready now, 30 minutes prior. He asked if I wanted a refund, in which I said no that I would just like for mg food to get remade. I should’ve just took him up on the offer of the refund because the food was not up to par and the service was horrendous. The tenders were very small. I asked for extra fries and I just got the regular amount spread between the dividers. I will not be eating at this...
Read moreI would like for the district manager to contact me regarding this locations abhorrent customer service. As well as discriminatory hiring practices. Multiple instances of applications submitted with a age over 25 no call back. Soon as I switched to the age range of 16 to 18 I'm getting call backs galore. Don't get me started on the traffic jam this location calls a drive thru. I've never seen such disorganized management of a place of business in my entire existence. You'd think that a place that serves one item would be fast paced and convenient to visit. Nope not here. Then with covid you'd expect the wait times in the drive thru to be cut in half. Due to not having to deal with a lobby of customers. Nope doubled wait times. A manager who leaves the sign off to deter potential customers from eating here and uses employees as traffic flaggers. When they should have a POS terminal and two drive thru lines. Nope pay someone to stand doing nothing directing traffic. If this is how raising canes views good management. I feel bad for the owner that let's these horrible business practices to transpire. Wait times for chicken fingers should never be over 20 minutes. This location charges $8 and change for the smallest combo. They can afford to build a double drive thru and hire employees over the age of 20 that know how to run a fast paced business. Those kids working the line obviously can't handle the volume. Get a staff that can handle the workload. This is basic...
Read moreThe case of the missing coleslaw..... Was there yesterday and overall good quality restaurant, especially considering the large volume of customers these employees process minute by minute. That being said, it took three employees to get my missing item to complete my order. When I asked the first girl standing at the counter to please give me a coleslaw left out of my order, she quickly went to cook window and said she needed a coleslaw. Noone acknowledged that they heard her by repeating it back and the counter girl returned to the register where she took orders and seemed to forget about me. The 2nd girl who I asked was coming up with food orders to shout out customers names. After she sent out about three orders to customers, she asked if she could help me. She did the same thing the first girl did and not one food prep acknowledged her request either for the missing Cole slaw. After about 5 more minutes standing at the front counter, the 3rd counter girl came up and asked me how she could help. "I did not get my coleslaw in my order. And you are the 3rd person I have told this to." Three times the charm on the missing cole slaw. Something about this girl's presence and command of her voice that she was acknowledged immediately and through the food prep window the coleslaw came. Unlike the first two employees, I really appreciated the 3rd employees professionalism of follow through because she stayed at the food prep window until she got...
