Beans & Brews Coffee House — Restaurant in Sandy

I went into this beans and Brew because I had to use the restroom normally I go through the drive-thru. The person who was at the register said they had to walk me to the bathroom because they can't keep the key from getting locked inside and my question to that is how about you just have some copies I'm not a child I don't need to be walked to the bathroom I can bring the key back. Once in the bathroom I found this hilarious because there's toilet paper All over the floor there's a broken toilet paper holder hanging off the wall with tape over one hole there's a broken plunger sitting next to the toilet and it doesn't smell very nice when I finish and went up to the counter I stood there for some time before a lady who was not even the front desk cashier came to help me because the lady was a front desk cashier was doing who knows what. Honestly I'm super disappointed I have never had an experience like this at any other beans and Brew and I was in a hurry because I was about to poo in my pants,bso the very slow stroll to the bathroom holding my hand like a baby was a bit frustrating to say the least. I will try to stick to the drive-thru in the future but seriously if you're going to lock the bathrooms at least clean them so there's a reason otherwise there's no reason just let...

Some of my coworkers and I head over to this Beans and Brews every morning to start the day off right. On Monday it seems the staff was changed over to the 3rd string team. Total s%#t show. I ordered the usual large Carmel Frap and received a unusually light colored something in a cup. The young lady at the register scanned my app and the points never credited. Once I left to get back to work after a much longer then usual wait, I took a sip of the light colored drink which tasted of a Vanilla drink. I didn’t have time to take the drink back as I was on a break time limit. I took a few more sips and started to realize how bad this drink was as it actually made me feel a bit noxious. I disposed of the drink thinking if I told the Beans and Brews person the next morning, it would be replaced. The next morning instead of getting a replacement and an apology, I got a snotty lecture about the “return policy”. I would have wrote this off as an isolated incident, if it hadn't happened multiple times and 2 times this week. When someone requests a latte to have almond milk and you keep putting regular milk in it, you are actually doing physical harm to people who are lactose intolerant. In less than a week it has happened to me twice. And today was not the day to have to be near a toilet. I had to run kids all over, all day. Not to mention the fact that you're charging people for it. I think I could have made it better at the house.

I understand a lot of younger kids work here, but customer service is still a thing and if you expect to be tipped then do your job and quit gossiping in customers earshot. Maybe then you'll listen to your customers, who should never have to repeat an order, but typically do!

Would highly recommend you drive up to the one off 1300 East and 106th South, that tends to be the better of the ones...
