I'm giving feedback because the food is actually amazing. Like literally amazing. I ordered the Fiesta bowl (stock version) and it was very good for a healthy dish.
The reason why I am giving 3 stars is because the servers are so slow. Like really slow. It took about 7 minutes to make 2 dishes that have only 8 ingredients each. I ordered an acai bowl as well afterwards and that took 8 minutes. There were no other customers in line.
This place needs to literally go to a Chipotle and see how they're doing it about 4x the speed.
The reason why I am posting this is because I want this place to stay open. The food is great. I don't want it to shut down. Also I don't want to wait 8 minutes for a dish that should be done in 2 minutes.
I'm not here to complain but maybe I give some solutions.
A) train the staff on speeding up their processes. Amazon became Amazon not bc of books but its bc they changed the way consumers shop when they invented prime. Who would have thought it would now become ordinary to order bandaids and socks on the same website and get it in 1 day. This is the same for food. People don't want to wait for food.
B) employees are going to work towards the goals they're measured by. Maybe consider giving employees if they get their average time from their order to ticket punch time lowered by 50% in a month they get a bonus. Not only does this save time but it will create more business because customers now associate crisp & greens as a quick healthy food option. Work on creating better habits... The success and results will naturally come.
C) One easier way is to post in the backroom on a whiteboard avg customer ticket time for each employee. That one concept of transparency will let the faster employees become proud of their times and the slower employees learn they have room to improve. I promise you the average time will improve by a ton very quickly.
D) don't change the food. It's great. Nothing to...
Read moreI came here to write about one thing, and it was the service I received at the end of the night. For the last several months, several places I’ve dined at have had the teenagers working there make comments “that they’re closing” “we’ll be closing in 15 minutes…ok now it’s 5 minutes”, and “I need to clean your table”. I’m not visiting these places last minute either. I’m usually arriving an hour before they close, waiting forever for my food to come out, then rushed to eat so they can close up to go home. I went to Crisp and Green tonight for the first time! Great food by the way, but not here to review that. Got there at 7 and they close at 8. I got talking with my family and one of the girls started putting up chairs around us, but not right next to us. We asked what time they closed and she told us 8, but she also said there is not rush to leave and we can hang out. She recommended the outside lounge and tables to hang out at for as long as we’d like. This was so refreshing! I just wanted to come on here and tell that employee THANK YOU for having customer service skills and being so accommodating (hopefully the strawberry blonde girl who closed Friday 4/11/25 sees this). We didn’t stay too long after 8, but it was just so nice for someone to not be so rude to a customer who is keeping them in business. I strongly believe customer service is what’s going to make or break the restaurant business right now so...
Read moreUpdate: because of this company I now have a credit card so I am not scammed in the future when someone doesn't fix their mistake of overcharging my card and not caring about outright stealing!
When they first opened: Cashless means they can legally steal and say oops but never fix their mistake. Never returned money from their mistake over charging, when they first opened a couple years ago. Will never be back. Completely shocked people even eat here.
Surprised it wasn't organic (other eateries in the area have organic food)
If you serve rice it will have translucent mold within one hour from when it was cooked, and leaves people with heart failure if consumed so I skip getting rice at most places because it's not fresh enough
The bowl was small and it was nice to have something different but it won't fill you up like cafe rio unfortunately (it's like a side salad you order at a sit down restaurant which isn't filling at all)
The smoothie was terrible, maybe their fruit drinks are better because it looked empty so it's probably one of their more popular choices
The franchise has potential but they need a menu makeover haul to keep...
