I don't know what's going on at this particular McDonald's, but that was about the worst experience. I've had that any McDonalds. The guy who took the order when we were at the drive-thru had a real kind of mean tone and tried to push us through the ordering process. As you might suspect he wasn't listening very well either and he took the wrong order. Not to mention that he also gave us the wrong information with regard to the receipts and the credit cards because we did place to completely separate Orders... But, we did our best to be clear and explicit about our wants and needs and that it was two separate orders. But he wasn't listening. . And so we had trouble when we went to go pay. And he screwed that up too. And then when we got to the window to pick up the food The woman there was already frustrated and exasperated before we ever arrived and she got complaining at us that our order wasn't right and she was trying to put the problem on us like we had done something wrong. And then she stepped away for a moment and we could hear her because she was very loudly complaining about us to her colleagues. They're inside. And then they made us pull up to wait for food. ... Which? Yes, we did finally get. But after all that kind of makes me not enjoy it as much, you know what I mean? Also. If I go to McDonald's again any time in the future, it's definitely not going to...
Read moreAnother Update: Further food hikes, and mow the app coupons only apply to even higher amounts spent. Don't bother.
Update: This place has gotten so bad it isn't even worth trying to get food here anymore. Order are always wrong, I have heard the manager insulting staff right in the kitchen, you can stand at the counter for ages and be completely ignored while they stare at you, and the staff at this point is mostly rude. Food is often wrong and half the time cold or undercooked. It is filled with teenagers, as if that's all they hire. I have never managed to get a refund on anything missing or wrong, because the manager refuses to respond to requests.
I don't think I've ever come across a worse managed location, and to add to that they have now raised prices. Absolutely insane. There are other locations nearby, just go there.
Nice employees, but I rarely go here and receive my full order. And since McDonald's doesn't have a dispute process through their app, and in my experience corporate just sends you to chains and the chain managers don't respond to requests for refunds, you will waste money here. If not for the rewards, which makes up somewhat for the constant oversights in the easily redeemed free higher ticket items, I wouldn't come back.
Missing items this time: Two hashbrowns. Which is a lot, considering it was a full third...
Read morei go to this location a lot, considering it’s 2 mins away from where i live and my work as well. i’m pretty broke most of the time, i can’t buy fast food often. so, sometimes i pay for my food in coins. i usually will save my coins for awhile for this reason, because it’s the only time i can really get fast food. i never spend more than $3 when i do this, because i know coins are annoying to have to count. however this has never been an issue until today. i was told “i’ll let it slide this time but don’t use coins ever again” excuse me? i’ve paid in only coins MULTIPLE times at this exact location! when i explained this, the employee said “we’ve never allowed only coin payments” which is just a lie. i talked to the manager and he explained they aren’t allowed to accept only coin payments if the order total is $5-$10+ but my order was only $2.16 so he was also confused. the employee was unnecessarily rude and made me feel bad/embarrassed. i couldn’t help but think about what they’d do if a homeless person came in and only had coins to pay with. the funny part is, this employee almost always has been the one to accept my coin payments in the past. only giving 3 stars because the food was good, and the...
